My Current Routine (Twice Daily):
10 Minutes Hot Rice Bag
50 Wet Jelqs
30 Minutes - Extender Max (Stretching Device)
Starting Data:

BPEL - 6.625
NBPEL - 5.75
EG - 5.75
Current:
12/17/16
BPEL - 6.75
NBPEL - 5.75
EG - 5.875
Am I going to hard? I am sore for an hour or two after exercise.
