PerrinG's Routine

I do it after i get out of the shower as the shower is basically like a warm up. Then I do about 10 minutes of stretching - regular stretches. Then I do about 10 minutes of wet jelqing/Horse 440. The Horse 440 is one I read about in a thread; It’s not in the list of exercises. It’s where you get 80% erect, kegel in as much blood as you can, then tourniquet the base tightly. Then, then gradually increase pressure around the head to force the blood from inside the head into the shaft. Be Gentle and be careful. I’m a newbie and this was described as an advanced technique that was really good for girth so i use it lightly.
