Didn’t get to post yesterday playing major work catchup.

I did manage to get 2 hours in the x4, I’m not sure how much tug I should be feeling so I’m letting it stay at the current length this week and next then I will add more length to it.

No x4 today giving myself a proactive break.

Did manage to do my manual routine. I kept getting a damn hard on during kegels and a think I pooled some blood in the head of my dick its a very minor purple dot, it doesn’t hurt though.

Today was another rest day for manual exercises. I did 4:30 hours of the x4 gradually working towards 6 hours a day.

The comfort of the noose is the only thing holding me back from more time. Hopefully my body will adjust by the end of next week.

Today I did 400- 3 second JELQ’s and I did 6:00 hours of the x4. I’m still trying to figure out the exact tension and angle to use for the X4.

I am also noticing a very improved EQ. Not sure if this is from the 1 week break I took or the addition of the X4.

Also I’m debating whether to do manual stretches since I’m using the X4.

Today I did 10 mins of clamping which I’ve been reading about for a while as I’m getting bored with jelqing and I did 6:00 hours of the x4.

2-1-19

Today I did two sets of 10 mins of clamping . I realized that I need to switch out the lights in my basement bathroom to soft white 2700k as the current lights 5000k daylight make it hard to see any discoloration (which is important when clamping). I also did 6:00 hours of the x4 and I’m just starting to increase tension on the x4.

Excited about the rest this weekend because next week I will be increasing the x4 tension.

I’ve also started to work on non ejaculatory orgasms. My goal by summer is to get to the point where I can have multiple orgasms and can separate my ejaculatory orgasm from the orgasm. This will allow me to keep going during sex without losing an erection.

Today I did three sets of 10 mins of clamping. I’m still noticing stronger erections in the morning and will keep gradually increasing the sets of clamping until that is effected.

I’m starting to increase the tension on the X4 but it is giving me some fluid like build up on the underpart of my foreskin. The problem seems to be with the noose type setup the foreskin gets caught underneath and gets buildup in it. The buildup dissipates after the session but I’m having to stop 1 hour into it to release and massage out the build up.

I’m trying to find the right amount of tension to provide a stretch but not a buildup.

Interesting thing is I feel no soreness or stretch in the shaft I just feel some soreness around the crown of the head as I have a bigger head then shaft.

Got to play around with this and see if I can figure it out. It’s gotta be something I’m doing different today because when I was adding tension last Friday it didn’t give me any build up.

Any advice from folks would be good.

Good news is I figured out the foreskin issue with the x4, was able to get a good stretch. Then had some great sex with the wife. Downside of growing is she was already a hard kegeler and now with increased EQ it makes it even harder to last past 10 minutes.

Today at lunch I’m going to talk to the wife about my desire to have non ejaculatory sex.

3x10 min clamping and 5 hours of extender. Just added more length to the extender and I’m extending in 1 hour sets.

I will say I’m not sure if it’s the clamping or the extender but my EQ has. Gone through the roof. I’m having harder erections then I did in high school.

Just did a non ejaculatory orgasm training set of 24 minutes.

Basically first 10 minutes are 50% masturbation.
Next 5 minutes are 75%.
Next 5 minutes are 85%
Next 2 minutes are 95%
Last 2 minutes are full speed 100%

Interesting that in the last 4 minutes I can keep going and literally straddle the edge of cumming its a really cool feeling.

6 x 60 min x4 sessions. Gradually working up to 50% tension once I can consistently hold 100% tension for a week I will add more length. I’m getting excited to see what April’s measurements will be.

6x 60 min sets of x4 at 6.5 in. Start at 6 in and work up to 6.5. After 6.5 the pain on the glans gets unbearable so I’m not ready to move past that point. My goal is to be at 6.75 by next month and 7.0 by April. We will see how realistic that is.

I’m also really getting fed up with my body fat % (28% bf) especially being a former college wrestler who was low body fat (8% bf).

I really need to take my diet seriously. As my 1.5 inch fat pad could impact my length substantially.
