Ph33rme progress thread

I’ve been lurking since 2012 and doing PE consistently since September 1st, 2018. Inspired by thoughtfulgold’s thread I finally registered for the site and I decided to start my own thread as I work towards my goals.

My ideal goal is to hit an NBPEL of 8.0 and EG of 6.5 and to achieve a rock hard EQ. I think those numbers and EQ would be ideal for my body shape.

My purpose of posting here is to get feedback and critiques as I start to move out of the newbie routine and explore other potential exercises. I feel like I am moving slowly but after reading thoughtfulgold’s thread I realize slow is good.

I have read alot on this forum around the topics of pumping, clamping, and extenders and due to the large amount of time I have on my hands (I work out of my basement) I am going to try the three (albeit not at the same time). Ideally, I am going to use extenders to get my length goals that with a reduction of body fat should be reasonable. Once I hit my length goal I am going to transition to working on my girth goals. I am sure I will see some gains in girth with continuing Jelqing.

My current routine is:

5 Minute hot wrap
10 minutes of (1x 1 min Upward pull stretch, outward pull stretch, downward pull stretch, clockwise windmill, and counterclockwise windmill)
400 Dry Jelq (these work best due to my foreskin).
50 4-second reverse kegels
5 minutes hot wrap

I do this routine Monday Through Friday and take Saturday and Sunday off, I see positive PI’s so I’ve stuck with a 5/2 schedule.

I am going to continue this routine for another 2 weeks and then I am going to introduce extending into the routine and build up to a long slow extend (not sure on the schedule will probably start with a 2/1 work rest day schedule). As for extenders I am looking at the andropenis or x4. I have not researched the pumps or clamps to the level of detail that I should but I will prior to working on that.

I appreciate any feedback.

Thanks, I’m hoping it continues but based on what I’ve read people who gain fast tend to peter out so who knows. My biggest goal is the length, I can deal with my current girth but I’d really like another 1.5 to 2 inches of length.

Today’s routine was slightly different. I’ve become comfortable with the 400 jelqs so I decided to do 200 jelqs at the regular 60% EL and then do 200 more jelqs at 80-90% EL. I maintained the EL by doing Kegels in between jelq sets of 20. I was careful to not get to 100% EL as I’ve heard jelqing at 100% is dangerous.

All in all today’s routine was:

5 Minute hot wrap
10 minutes of (1x 1 min Upward pull stretch, outward pull stretch, downward pull stretch, clockwise windmill, and counterclockwise windmill)
200 Dry Jelq (these work best due to my foreskin).
10 sets of 20 dry jelq at 80 to 90% EL with a break in between sets to let EL drop down to 80%.
50 4-second reverse kegels
5 minutes hot wrap

After reading thoughtfulgold’d thread on rest I am going to start cycling a 2/1 cycle and see if that has any effect. I did notice some slight fatigue this morning after adding in the erect jelqs so that tells me that was a bit intense and I’m going to give my body a day to recuperate.

After this days rest I am going to play around with 3/1 and 4/1 rest schedules to see what is optimal for my body.

Based on thoughtgold’s advice I am going to stick with my current routine until gains stop.

Something else that I’ve been thinking about.

I have a lifting background what if I treated PE like lifting and did different “lifts” that focused on different things for example left and right stretching one day and up and down stretching another. Just a thought that I need to research here as I don’t have the experience to know if it is reasonable idea.

I took starting progress pics but I’m not sure if I am supposed to post them in this thread or somewhere else. It says members pic area but then I see threads with pictures in them so I’m unsure.

Getting ready for a one week decon as I am about to go on a week long cruise with the wife and kids. I’m liking how I feel after a day off I think I am going to continue with Thoughtfulgold’s 2/1 routine.

Today I did my usual routine but I did increase the stretching time as I want to work towards 30 minutes of stretching:

5 Minute hot wrap
15 minutes of (1x 1 min Upward pull stretch, outward pull stretch, downward pull stretch, left angle over the leg pull, and right angle over the leg pull)
200 Dry Jelq (these work best due to my foreskin).
10 sets of 20 dry jelq at 80 to 90% EL with a break in between sets to let EL drop down to 80%.
50 4-second reverse kegels
5 minutes hot wrap

In other news, it’s interesting how interconnected personal development is. Last year I started my own business, and I’ve started to lose weight (I used to be a collegiate wrestler and I’ve ballooned to 250lbs). I’ve been spending a lot of time doing physical and emotional development. One of the areas I want to improve is my marriage. It’s not bad, it’s just not meeting my expectations. I tend to be someone who has extreme expectations. I want to make a million dollars plus a year, I want to have the ultimate marriage, I want to have high-achieving children, I want to have a bigger dick.

In the past this was very unhealthy, at this point I would say it rotates between being somewhat unhealthy to healthy. I truly believe you need to analyze your desires and why you do what you do.

Speaking of that.

I am reading a book/program that is having very good effects on my relationship with my wife. The premise is that you learn what your wife likes through study of her past relationships and your current one. Then you do less of what she doesn’t like and more of what she does. This seems so obvious but it is having tremendous effects.

Another area I am working on is not getting butt hurt by what she says. I used to be ultra sensitive to her words which was so odd for me being a former wrestler and former military person. This is an area I am still actively working on.

I will say one thing I am happy about is that I am not concerned about my size due to ex’s or anything like that I just want a bigger dick. The area I most need to work in is emotionally detaching. Meaning, I get self-worth through praise and good feelings, I need to develop that myself and not be getting it from her. I’ve been reading a lot of books on this subject here is a brief list for those of you who are interested:

-> No more Mr nice guy (good for helping you decouple your self-worth)
-> What women want when they test men (really good on how to deal with off the wall questions and tests)
-> The female brain (gives you perspective for the bat shit crazy things she does)
-> open her (extremely good for creating connection)
-> The married man sex life primer (really good for learning to increase your sexual value (sv) )
-> The happiness trap (really good for getting your thoughts under control)

I feel it’s important to have a realistic goal since I’m starting to lose motivation myself from having too ambitious aspirations.

I think if you do 2 hours of max effort hanging per day or equivalent you will gain around 1 inch of length in the first year of PE.
If you want 2 inches total gained this will take an additional 2-4 years for the next inch.

If you want to gain more than 2 inches you will more or less have to do the ligament cut surgery.

This applies to someone above 25 yrs of age.
If you are younger you might be lucky and get additional natural growth.

So realistically after 1 year of max effort PE every day using 2 hours for active PE you will be at +1 inch BPEL and maybe +0,5 inch NBPEL.
After earliest 3 years you will be at +2 inch BPEL and maybe +1,5 inch NBPEL.

If this isn’t enough for you I highly suggest doing the ligament cut surgery.

I appreciate you taking the time to write this. I think the thing I have going for me is a 1.5 inch fat pad because I’m 25% body fat.

I’m aggressively working to get back to sub 12% body fat.

I think that along with my routine should help me hit my goals. Realistically I only have about a 1.5 inch length and 1 inch girth gain when I lose my body fat.

Thats great man! I wish you the best of tenacity and sticking to it every day and you will have results, no luck in PE only hard work :)

1/2 inch in a short time. Good job!

I’m back from my cruise and excited to be back in PE after a week break.

Today’s routine.

5 Minute hot wrap
15 minutes of (1x 5 min Outward pull stretch, downward pull stretch, 1x 1.5 min left angle over the leg pull, and right angle over the leg pull, Outward pull stretch, )
400 Dry Jelq
50 4-second reverse kegels
5 minutes hot wrap

Also trying out the X4 extender on my on days and will adjust based on PI’s. I did 1.5 hours with the extender today.

Overall feeling good. Can’t wait until my April measuring.
