Piet's Routine

Usually I’m doing a certain routine for 1-3 months before I change it.

When I’m doing a lengthroutine I’ll do 3-4 sessions of 20min hanging on a daily basis.
When I’m doing a girthroutine I’ll do 3-4 sessions of 10min double clamping on a daily basis.
When I’m doing an ADSroutine I’ll wear my stretcher 3 times for a duration of 60min on a daily basis.

No matter what routine I’m on in between sessions I will do some dry jelqing.
