POLL: Are you a hard or easy gainer, and do you exercise?
I have a theory that certain types of physical exertion (exercise, and here I don’t mean penis exercises) might help and some types of exercise might hinder penis enlargement.
So everyone doing this, please put yourself into one of 3 categories, fast gainer, normal gainer, hard gainer and give a rough estimate of what you gain each month just to check that your iea of hard and easy is the same as others.
Next say what type of exercise you get and the intensity
Count potato (mostly sedentary) yes/no
Sprint Interval Training or High impact Training none/light/medium/hard
Resistance none/light/medium/hard
Weights none/light/medium/hard
Endurance (doesn’t have to be intentional exercise) none/light/medium/hard
Gentle walking none/light/medium/hard
My guess is that endurance and high levels of weights and HIIT will impede progress somewhat in PE.
Note: Endurance
But that lighter levels of SIT/HIIT and Weights might actually help as there is less destruction of muscle fibers and less IGF-1 used up that release triggered.
~1997 age 18 I was 4.7" BPEL and somehow grew either because I wasn't done growing and or some PE work to a bit under 6 inches without measuring or noticing progress at the time. Girth has always been about 6 inches but is slowly getting larger 6.2" at widest
Current BPEL after a little work is 6.2" also, Bone pressed stretched flaccid 6.5" Will update with gains.
