Is anyone doing a hanging and bath-mate routine? I am about to start and wanted to know if this could be an effective program.

If ya don’t mind what kind of pe experience do you have.

My experience I bought several stretching devices but stopped after a month because the strap we`re always falling off. I did jelqing but not allot. I purchased the stretching device that is attached to your knee. I ordered bath-mate last week and I am thinking of buying the male-hanger device from male-hanger.com. I started jelqing Sunday.
Sunday 20 min
Monday 30 min
Tuesday 30 min
Wednesday 15 min. Easy jelq
