Been two weeks now without stretching and really like that I have no soreness, so it was the right decision.

For the past two weeks my routine have been something like:

5 min warmup
5 min jelq
20 min water pumping
5 min jelq
20 min water pumping
5 min jelq

5-6 times a week. My EQ is really great and I have the feeling that I might actually be able to gain with these longer pumping routines.

From next week I will have a couple of days with extended privacy so in addition to the above routine I will throw in some hanging as mentioned in the previous post.

Had my first day with extended privacy yesterday and brought out the hanger. When I used to hang a bit I used only theraband for wrapping, but I read about silicon sleeve wrapping which I wanted to try since I have those anyway. My wrapping was as follows:

Baby powder on the unit, followed by a soft small silicon sleeve, then theraband. The result was a much easier wrapping to put on and without loosing any circulation while hanging. I will definitely continue with this wrapping.

Did 20min 2,5lbs without feeling much stretch. Then did 2x 20min 5lbs where I felt good fatigue - this might be the go to weight for now. I ended the day with 10min jelqing and one hour pumping. I am aiming to do this routine twice a week and then 3 days with a minor jelq and pump routine.

I was very excited to see my EQ today after yesterday’s marathon session. Surprisingly it is really good !

Initial reflections on water vs air pumping:

Water pumping is definitely more pleasurable. Air pumping is easier to setup and also allows me to sit at the computer and do other stuff without worrying about spill water from the pump. Now that I have a feeling for what vacuum levels feels like, I have probably been pumping at 5-10 Hg in the bathmate. Been pumping 20-30 min sets at 5 Hg in the air pump without feeling much. Going forward I will probably try to keep it at 7-8 Hg.
Even at same pressure levels I tend to get more donut effect from water pumping. Did sets at 10 Hg in the air pump without it being an issue - also even without the silicon sleeve.
A downside for the air pump is that a lot of skin seems to be sucked into the tube. Since the buttom of the bathmate is not visible it could be the same, but I got another feeling in the air pump.

Reflections on the past 6 months:

Following my 6 week decon in November I started with the newbie routine for 6 weeks before adding pumping. Tried silicon sleeve ADS but it gave me a ton of issues with my frenulum and I had to take multiple injury breaks. After a while the manual stretching also started to mess with my frenulum so I had to cut back on the manual stretching.
My ‘phase 1’ routine were: 12 weeks - 5-6 days PE a week with 15 min stretching, 15 min jelqing and 15 min pumping.
After completely dismissing manual stretches my routine for ‘phase 2’ were: 5 weeks - 6 days PE a week with 10 min jelqing and 35 min pumping.
I recently added hanging as I have a couple of days a week with extended privacy. ‘Phase 3’ so far: 3 weeks - 6 days PE a week. 2 days with 4x20 min hanging, 10 min jelqing and 2x30 min pumping. 4 days a week with 5 min jelqing and 20 min pumping.

Compared to my very basic and static routine from around 2010-2018/2019, I have tried many different things the past 6 months. I have seen temporary gains when measured but nothing I would consider permanent as measurements fluctuates a bit.
Quite bumped that I had to quit silicon sleeve ADS and fulcrum stretches, but the way it messes up my frenulum I would not be able have sex.
For the current routine I have great EQ and no sign of injury in any way. Can definitely feel my unit is very conditioned as I can go a long time in the pump and I also did 5 min of 7,5 lbs hanging which felt fine. Will not rush the weight though.

As i will be away from home next week I will only do a little jelqing and otherwise just use it as a decon week.

The more I have used the vacuum pump the more I’ve gotten to like it. With the bathmate I can enter flaccid or erect with the same result. In the vacuum pump the quality of the session is really dependent on whether or not I enter erect.

It’s alot easier in the vacuum pump to measure length in the tube. I pump around 6-8 Hg and measure between 5,7-5,9.

Still no permanent gains. Measured NBPEL x EG at 5 x 5,35 one day and 5,2 x 5,05 the other, so really volatile but on average 5,1 x 5,2 as I will say is my current measurement

I was away from home this week so did 15 min light jelqing every other day as the only PE. Had a lot of sex and EQ was through the roof. Would have loved to been able to do measurements as I for the first time in a long time felt bigger than usual.

GAINS !!!!

Did measurements yesterday and ended up at:

NBPEL: 5.1 (same)
BPEL: 5.7 (same)
EG: 5.35 (from 5.2)

I have measured that girth before but that have been in a ‘plump’ state and at the cost of smaller length. This measurement was with a ‘normal’ erection. The reason I believe it truly is a gain is my feeling the last 1-2 weeks that I have gained. I have a cone shape but it was both at upper shaft, mid shaft and base that girth had increased.

My focus is still on making length gains, but I will take any gains that comes. The next couple of months I might have privacy for hanging three times a week so that could hopefully benefit length gains.

Been some time since I last posted about my routine. For the past two months my routine have looked something like this:

Day1: 3min jelqing, 30min pumping, 3 min jelqing, 30 min pumping
Day2: 3x 20min hanging, 5 min jelqing, 20min pumping
Day3: 3min jelqing, 30min pumping, 3 min jelqing, 30 min pumping
Day4: 3x 20min hanging, 5 min jelqing, 20min pumping
Day5: off
Day6: 3min jelqing, 30min pumping, 3 min jelqing, 30 min pumping
Day7: 3min jelqing, 30min pumping, 3 min jelqing, 30 min pumping

Compared to my initial routine, I have cut down on manuals a lot and instead increased pumping and included some hanging. The large amount of pumping compared to jelqing is partly due to being able to work while pumping.

Despite not posting that often anymore, I am still at it in full force.

Did a post-pumping girth measurement while wearing a cock ring to keep motivation up, which resulted in 5,5 girth (average measured along the shaft). Base girth was 6,7 and just below the head 4,9. And indeed it got me motivated to keep pushing for more gains - would still take any length gains before girth though.

Some reflections on my accomplishments the last 10 years:

I have increased my flaccid size about 40%, which have made me go from below average to approximately average in flaccid size.
I have increased my erect volume by 20%. I had a goal of being able to assure myself that I am not below average. Having read multiple studies, and taking my current size into consideration, I can now with confidence say I am not below average.

Goals not yet achieved:
NBPEL of 6 inches
Total volume of 15 cubic inches

Hopefully that will come within the next 10 years 😊

So you have gained 0.2 in BPEL in 10 years? How do you stay motivated?

Hey Salkin, I’ll have to admire you for not giving in, and keep persistent. I’ve read through your thread, and I really think you should try out an extender. Buy one cheap chinese copy that are found on ebay, and see how you like it and get used to wear it for hours a day, before you cash out on an expensive and of more quality product, from one of the respectable manufactors thats out there. Good luck.

Indeed. Welll, I guess it might just be wanting it enough. I have the mindset that if I don’t do PE there is 0% chance I will gain, so if doing PE gives me just a 1% chance of gaining, I am willing to put in the work.

Thank you, and sorry for the late reply. I have taken a small break from thunders, but not from PE.

In December I will have very little time to PE so I actually thought about doing a decon in december and then start a length routine in 2021 centered around an extender and hanging when privacy allows.

Thoughts on 2020:

For most of the year my routine consisted of:
4 days a week: 10m jelq & 90m pumping
1-2 days a week: 4x 20m hanging & 5m jelq & 30m pumping

2020 was the year were I had my first gains since newbie/better EQ gains back when I started in 2010 or something. All though the gains were very modest (0,15 inch girth), it really keeps the motivation up.

I don’t recon I will have as much time/privacy to pump in 2021, and perhaps hanging won’t be possible at all. Since my main goal is still to gain length I have just put in an order for a phallosan forte extender. I am still contemplating how to go about a new extended routine in 2021. I will probably keep the jelqing at the same level as in 2020, but I won’t add stretching, even though I have read multiple places that they are working great with an extender routine. My previous experience with stretching keeps from adding it. For pumping, I don’t know if it will be counterproductive for my length gains to do some modest pumping in the evening after having used the extender throughout the day. I will consider this a bit more.

Goals for 2021: ANY length gains
