Progress journal
On Monday I am reaching 1,5 month decon break after many years of consistent PE without break (and without any real gains). The last 1,5 month have been spent on regaining motivation by reading a lot on Thunders and reflecting on how to approach PE when I start back up.
On Monday I will start with the newbie routine and progressively increase the number of stretches and jelqs while listening to my body.
Due to my personal life being really hectic I don’t have time to do long sessions so at some point I will break my routine into sessions throughout the day. One thing I didn’t do before but I will try to do as much as possible going forward is heat.
My starting measurements is:
NBPEL: 5,1
BPEL: 5,6
EG: 5,2
I will focus on gaining length and have some things in mind to try if gains doesn’t come or stall at some point.
I am hoping to have time for weekly updates.
