This is by far the longest time I’ve stuck to doing PE and as the saying goes if you do something for at least 21 days It’ll become a habit, and so it seems. Before, I just thought of it as a hassle, and not seeing any gains added to that feeling making me quit, time after time. It’s all thanks to the extender which gave me my first visible and measurable gains that have made me like it and most important just f’ing do it. For years I just thought I would forever be stuck at my 14 cm erect (non bone pressed) length, which did not cut it for me, at all. Now, measuring in the range of 17- 18 cm NBPEL, all depending on EQ is so, so much more pleasing to the eye and the feel in my hand. That and also just knowing I’m well endowed, according to statistics.

We both started around 14cm NBPEL and now we’re at 17-18cm NBPEL. What’s up colleague?

Hi, took a little break from this forum, just because. Doing good, still going strong PE wise. One 3 mm piece away from having all the pieces screwed on to my extender arms so making progress as well. Also figured out a ‘perfect’ 30 minute manual routine which I’m trying to do every day, I do it every day because it really makes my dick hang both long and full for the entire day, even the day after, so feeling good about that as well. So glad I’ve stopped doing these 1++ hour manual routines as I got tired of them pretty quickly so 30- 35 minutes is my limit and it really works wonders for my dick as well.

BTW what’s your BPEL if I may ask? I’m FINALLY consistently measuring at 7,5” BPEL so have gained at least an inch in length by now. Not totally sure about where I started at regarding BPEL, something in the range of 6- 6.5” if my memory serves me right.

My BPEL is a little bit over18.5cm, if I really press hard that is. I`m really skinny.

Gentlepsychopath is doing 30 mins of manuals, stretching down. It`s really working for him.

Tried doing straight down stretches only for about 2 months straight a while back and gained nothing so won’t do that again. The manual routine I’m doing now, doing both A-stretches and ‘basic’ ones seems to respond very well on my unit so will stick to it, but any tips and pointers are welcome so thanks for the tip.

I’m measuring at 19cm BPEL cm and hope to see 19,5- 20cm come new year.

Nice, I hope you reach that goal. By the way, do you have any experience with 2-3 min stretches troughtout the day? Bigknob gained 2 inches in a year with 2-3min stretches 5-10 times a day. Bennet also gained 2 inch with short fulcrum sessions troughout the day but in 3 years.

Maybe keeping the penis fatigueed will yield insane gains. What is your opinion?

I think there’s something to it and will do my best to implement some short stretching sessions as well using my wrists as a fulcrum( which I already do performing A-stretches.)throughout the day. Never letting it turtle too much, or preferably never, is key in my eyes.

Also just put the final piece on to the extender arms making me extend at over 20 cm, 20,4 to be exact. Never thought I would see the day that I was out of pieces to mount on the extender but here it is, the day of ‘reckoning’, lol.

To sum up; Finally extending at full throttle! Now I’ll just ride it out for some hundreds of hours total before retiring my extending days and do manual exercises only.

Hello Abdiel congrats for your gains bro. We are the same size both Nbpel and Bpel. I am 18 cm with very light press and 19 bpel with my erectiom parallel to the floor because i have very high erection angle and upward curve.

My routine is also similar to yours. What grip do you use? I always suggest the v grip. Also i think that downward simple stretches is more effective because they target the dorsal side of the penis, thats where the tunica is. And we want to lengthen that tunica.

The A stretch is the best. Try to aim for long holds with less intensity. Also i put the side of my penis on the fulcrum and i stretch downward to target the tunica more and not to stress the urethra so much. I dont know if it makes sense but its a personal observetion.

I hope that we will be close to 20 cm bpel by the end of the year, good luck.

Thanks for your response and pointers. I’m thinking I’ll do A-stretches only with my c/o grip for a while just to see how my unit responds as basic stretches haven’t really gotten me any gains worth mentioning. Will try out the ‘putting my unit sideways’ over my wrist(fulcrum) to see how it feels and hence take it easier on the urethra as you say. Also I might try doing basic downward stretches as well as I’m always up for doing minor changes in my manual routine.

And yes, hope we both reach our goals, would be awesome, truly awesome. And thanks again for your pointers as they seem to be very useful.

Extending like a boss, after I’ve gotten the first couple of sets in that is. The first couple of sets when I wake up it’s almost like my dick isn’t as stretchy as it gets after wearing my warm johns and sweatpants for about an hour and getting my dick used to being extended again.

Also noticed that I’m extending at damn near the strongest force as well, something I hadn’t really noticed until just as of now as my main focus always has been on how long the extender arms are. I take this on a very positive note, knowing my dick is under constant force as well, and I swear my limp dick hangs, after those first few sets and after getting to a proper temperature, at over 15 cm for the majority of the day. As depicted in the ‘full body picture’ thread.

Now that I’m finally at the biggest length possible on the extender arms, I’m gonna try to get even more hours in as I pretty much got the whole day to do as I want for a while to come. I also notice that keeping hydrated is KEY in my dicks elasticity and natural limp hang. Never thought water would be that important but it really is. I’ve started noticing it as I’m pretty damn dehydrated upon waking up as I drink too much coffee and water during the day, the caffeine making me piss like a race horse at times. Which I find fitting with me now having something qualifying to be called a ‘horse cock’, I say this as I know of this one guy who brags about him having a ‘horse cock’ and I’m pretty sure I’m just as big if not bigger than him limp by now.

My end goal will be to have 21 cm NBPEL and 15- 17 cm limp. With the limp goal damn near being reached already. Without PE in my life I would be a much more depressed person as my limp dick before used to bother me to the brink of it being a mental problem, and a serious one at that. Not only the fact that my dick is getting bigger week by week, month by month but also the support and understanding one gets on this forum. I’ve found this site to be probably the only place in the world where guys aren’t overestimating, bragging and straight out lying about the size of their dick as most men tend to do out in the ‘real’ world. My perspective of what a big dick is has changed dramatically with realizing that even porn stars aren’t as big as they claim and that it’s mostly camera angels, small females and the straight out lying.

I don’t know who to thank, besides the Lord and my own stubbornness and curiosity for finding this place and making be believe getting a much bigger dick is possible. 5 hours 15 minutes extending yesterday. Thinking I’ll try to do extending mostly from now on, it’s just so damn ‘easy’, sitting writing on my PC while getting even bigger than I already am.

One thing though, I’m having some serious ‘wanna beat every guy that looks wrong at me in to a bloody pulp’ thoughts that I’m trying my best to resolve. It’s gotten a little better though but I can act straight out insane sometimes and when that switch flips my eyes go dark and I don’t even think about the consequences and even less if I take a beating, all I now know is that I would inflict some serious damage upon anyone who would have tried though.
Sometimes I even fantasize about the damage I could do, and yes, I know it’s a ‘wrong’ mindset to have but unfortunately all I’ve got are ‘enemies’. Even got three axes and a hunter knife hanging ready and available in case some moron decided to come to my doorstep. I’m fearing all hell would break loose then.

So really need to work on becoming a more balanced individual. Fosho!

Experiment in progress: Gonna try to find it in me to try out the ‘more is more’ approach with both manuals and extending. Already done 35 minutes of stretching and 80 dry jelqs but going to add at least one more round of manuals for today.
Extending wise I’m already 2 hours and 15 minutes in for today/ night(my circadian daily rhythm is totally fucked up, yes).
I’ve tried the more is more approach some years ago, but then suffered from low testosterone and some minor ED issues.
As of today, much thanks to my jelqing and kegeling my EQ is superb and since I’m on TRT I’m much higher in total testosterone compared to back then.
(I Still carry some anger towards endos saying I didn’t need TRT since I was too fit to qualify for it, despite my blood readings being in the lower end of the scale and never waking up with the flag pole saluting me)

I know my dick is more than well conditioned for me to embark on this experiment and will do my best to keep on track with this approach as long as I don’t experience any form of turtling or EQ issues. Now, after doing manuals or extending my unit never turtles afterwards hence me taking it as a sign of gains to come. I’ve got absolutely nothing better to do right now with my time, other than walking my dog and working out. Although I haven’t been able to work out properly the last week due to a shoulder/pec injury preventing me from being able to perform even push-ups.
Trying to solve that with constant cooling down of my shoulder and resting, hoping it’ll fade away sooner than later.

New manual routine as of today; 14 sets of A-stretches, 4 sets of basic stretches and 80 dry jelqs. Already done it twice today on a total of 1 hour 10 minutes.

Might mix it up with which stretches I do and when I do them so my unit never gets conditioned totally. going HAM on the manual+ extending till the end of December, just repeating myself for self motivation.
