Progress report and goals.

Started a new one as the old one got a bit outta hand, thanks to myself, of course. Cured a bad hangover yesterday, so no extending on Saturday.

Did 5 hours on Thursday and 2 on Friday. About 2 hours in as of today.

Also gonna try to focus more constructive as living in the past, as my old thread was a testament to just brought me down. Not good. Need to do some serious thinking about what I’m gonna do in regards to education or doing some voluntary work as a opportunity has opened, so to speak. Just don’t know if I wanna work for free as I need to better my economy, bad.
Gonna do my best to focus on the few, but positive things I actually got in life. All I know is that my self confidence has increased considerably after starting to gain some, not much but it’s way better than nothing and I’m finally above average.

Yeah, got laid Saturday night and it gave me absolutely nothing, zero, zip, nada so yeah. Being overly drunk and having sex is not too good especially when you can’t even manage to keep it up during sex, haha. Lesson learned.

Got in 3 h and 45 minutes of extending yesterday. Did also measure my BPEL which seemed to be just a mm over 19 cm or 7,5”.

The thing I’m most happy about though is my limp dick that never seems to go under 12 cm, even when working out and when I remove it from my extender it hangs at around 15,5- 16 cm for some minutes. Taking that as a good sign.

Edit: Also contemplating starting a picture thread as I’m finally confident enough to do so and have already posted one in the “Full body pics” one. Only problem is I can’t seem to manage measuring BPEL while holding my phone and staying fully erect at the same time. Need to work it out somehow as I want to show and see any further progress in pictures.

This day has been a really good one. Got a few small things I needed to finish done and spent the majority of my day with my family and dogs, going for a long walk and having a good dinner as well. Tomorrow I’m going to help my father with a few things on the outside of the building where I rent my apartment that needs to be fixed. Actually looking forward to that as there will be no time to just sit around thinking about stupid stuff, which I can be a expert at doing. No more idle hands, it’s the tool of the Devil.

Have also extended for almost 2 h total today and will finish strong with at least 2 hours more. Also did some ‘stealth’ PE with about 14 minutes of manual stretches doing a-stretches and a couple of rounds with the ‘standard’ ones as well.

Gonna do my best to not let people get to me, focus on constructive things and just do whatever it is I need to do. No more pandering and living in the past as it has given me absolutely nothing. Except mental self- torture that is.

Love having the possibility to write my thoughts down here as well, I actually look forward to writing down my thoughts here about this, that and everything that I feel the need to get off my chest and out of my head.

Still going strong and have soon finished my 5’Th hour of extending today as I’ve finally found a way to basically wear it for as many hours I have the time to do it. No pain, no agony just pure joy of extending and even added another 5mm piece to the extender arm which means I’m only a measly 8mm from having all the pieces (that came in the package) mounted on the extender arms.
The solution for managing to wear it for this many hours is the thin piece of cloth or whatever it is behind my glands/ head which was in the package. It’s pretty worn out and thought I had thrown in in the garbage due to it being so worn out but hey it still does the job of making this whole experience so pleasant.

Also going to post another full body picture of my dick right after removing the extender. Funny thing though is that my dick also seems to just get fatter the more hours I extend and hope I’m lucky enough to both gain length AND girth from length work alone.

LATEST NEWS IN MY RETARDED TOWN: Apparently I haven’t got balls now, haha, sure I only got one left after the testicular cancer(well functioning one as well as my Doc tested my sperm and said they were alive and kicking) but damn, I’m just baffled by the sheer stupidity of some of these morons.

I’m slowly but surely learning to just ignore it as all I’ll end up with is prison for a very, very long time if I start acting on my anger. I’m already scheduled to meet someone who pressed charges to negotiate a deal or something instead of getting fined for something I did when acting on my anger. At least it won’t end up on my permanent police record.

Gotta say though, some of these people are such cowards and liars it’s just getting ridiculous by now. I pray to Jehovah that I’ll manage to just keep my mouth shut and don’t get physical, but it’s damn hard at times.

At least I still got this place to write down my thoughts while trying to stay positive and see the light at the end of the tunnel, this insanely long and provoking tunnel. Sometimes I fool myself into thinking this is all just a dream/ nightmare but there it goes, ‘snap’, back to reality. This somewhat morbid reality.

It’s a bit sweet and charming though, having so many people obsessing over the size of my now big dick. I’m feeling so in demand and popular, hahaha!(Spoken in a very sarcastic way, lol!)

5 hours 35 minutes, yesterday.

Long prison sentences in Norway, ha! Well, Finland is more ridicilous. But if you screw the government ooooh, hell breaks loose. Have you considered moving away. Come to Finland dude, It`s not propably as good as Norway, but it`s ok. Just don`t go to Sweden.

Haha, thanks dude. Actually never been to Finland but have heard good things from people who has vacated there. Sweden? No fucking way Jose, lol.
Thinking of moving when I’ve gotten some form of education. If I decide to go for a personal trainer and nutrition education there seems to be loads of opportunities in other countries as well as it’s a certificate that’s valid within Europe, so that’s good. A ‘international’ fitness and health instructor, lol.

Moved from my town many times but just within Norway so might need to give another country a serious thought because it’s practically not livable here at times, hehe, yeah just gotta smile about this whole situation. Makes it more bearable.

Wanna write so much more but not really interested in feeding the trolls. So fed up with people as I have 0 positive interactions with anyone just hoping that if/ when I’m getting medicated for my ADHD it will at least get better and it allow me to focus better. I can’t really stand amphetamines but the stuff they use in ADHD meds is so much less potent and I know it made me feel so much more calm and even stopped my insanely racing thought processes that doesn’t allow me to think before I act or speak. No filter when it comes to talking and no impulse control what so ever out in public.

It’s draining walking around feeling like this especially when I already have a problem controlling my temper as it is.

Still doing my thing. I’m not logging exactly what I do as I’ve just totally and whole hartedly incorporated this in to my life. It’s become like working out, shaping and sculpting my body and mind to become a much bigger and better version of myself. That, and because I actually like doing it and it’s really damn exciting to see how far one can take this gaining wise.

I mix it up as well as I’ve come to the conclusion that it seems to work better for me, doing both length and girth exercises, and do at least 2 hours of extending every day also. Most of the time I end up doing like 3- 5 hours so I ought to see some gains pretty soon but won’t measure until December. My goal is still to be a bit longer and as thick as a can of Gillette shaving cream and I’m about 1 - 1,5 cm from being there length wise, non bone pressed, I must add. BPEL I assume will be around 8 inches by then, if not more. I’m guessing more which is good a thing, lol.

This is by far the longest time I’ve stuck to doing PE and as the saying goes if you do something for at least 21 days It’ll become a habit, and so it seems. Before, I just thought of it as a hassle, and not seeing any gains added to that feeling making me quit, time after time. It’s all thanks to the extender which gave me my first visible and measurable gains that have made me like it and most important just f’ing do it. For years I just thought I would forever be stuck at my 14 cm erect (non bone pressed) length, which did not cut it for me, at all. Now, measuring in the range of 17- 18 cm NBPEL, all depending on EQ is so, so much more pleasing to the eye and the feel in my hand. That and also just knowing I’m well endowed, according to statistics.
