Great gains! Any before and after pics?

I dont have a specific routine. But I stretch and pull on it all day. I am finding it hard to get that original pulling feeling that I used to get. The bathmate I just use really hot water and pull as much as I can. I throw the balls in too half of the time. I jelq less now than when I started because of the bathmate. Just say 20 jelqs in the morning shower and 5-10 between sets on the bathmate.

No… unfortunately I didn’t believe that this would even work lol.

Call it the “Careless and wreck less stretch” good gains by the way.

If you do all day stretches do yiy warm up in all of them? What kind of stretches do you do?

grab and pull…lol straight down to the side and up…. Sometimes I grab skin that pulls at the base but mostly I grab the head and pull. I try the bundle stretches once in a while and I try the fulcrum as well after a piss sometimes. No routine set in stone. I try to do what feels right.

Question… I can pull my dick past 8” in the bathmate. Does this have any relation to the possible gains I may get?

Where is everybody measuring Girth? Base middle or top of the penis?

Supposed to be middle, most measure middle, some measure base.

Just made a solid 7.5” on 100% EQ. I am very happy. The funny thing is I feel like its only grown a bit. need another 2” LOL. Never satisfied.. Pretty happy though.

Did some extended streches last night for quite a while after 10-15 bathmate minutes. I have the fatiged feeling

ok new goals are either 7”nbp or 8” Bp whatever comes first.

Just added heat to my routine. Got a infrared heater. Its hard to keep my legs from burning as I sit in from of it. My penis can handle more heat than my legs. It feels great.

How many days off do you take man?

Since you like stretching a lot. Do you feel fatigue or any discomfort. In my case I feel I can stretch as hard as I want most of the times and not feeling any discomfort.
