Quest for 8 x6,5 for an Old Viking

Hello everyone,

As a long time reader here at TP and other forums, I figured it was about time I made an account and participated.

Been doing some on and off PE for a few years and have accumulated quite the arsenal of equipment.

After having read 100’s of pages on FIR/US supported hanging extending I will participate with my own thread following the path of Kyrpa, 5,5Squared, Tutt, Longerstrech and Iggi.
Some have much bolder goals than I do, my goals are as written in the heading - 8 x 6,5 or in metric terms for familiar to me, BPEL 20cm x MSEG 16cm.

Last 4 months I have been more focused and disciplined. Gains have been fairly good for length, girth not so much.
I have a severely tight septum, a very high erection angle and tight ligaments.
So tight that some positions, like reverse cowgirl have never been an option for me, without great discomfort and with 100% EQ downright painful.
When extending my CC/CS are soft and mushy and are not being targeted at all, even at max BPFSL.
A limited septum is the reason why I have decided on going down the US rabbit hole.

My unit has somewhat of a left curve as well, which I will try to address at the same time.

Protocol as of today is, in extender. My extender has a loading/tension scale engraved on the outside of the compression spring casing
All extension is being done SO. Vacuum cup attachment using the water method to avoid blisters, since I’m blister prone.

As a tip to everyone else using silicone sleeves and being as aggravated as I am when they rip and your loose vacuum in the middle of a session, I have had great success in keeping them alive for longer by
A) Soaking the sleeve in boiling water for 1-2 minutes before attaching the to the vacuum bell
B) Taping the rim of the vacuum bells with 1 or two layers of electrical tape to make sure there are no rough edges

Protocol,
1. Stress relaxation from 1->2,5kg, 8 min intervals between each increase in weight.

2. When reaching 2 kg, I roll on a FIR mat covering the entire surface, secure with rubber bands for tight fit.
3. After 5 minutes with FIR I measure Pre BPFSL with a stainless steel ruler by upping the tension to 4 kg. All strain measurements are therefor somewhat lower than you can find in the progress logs from other users.

3. 20 min of 3 MHZ US heated stretch at 3 kg, tension drops as the unit heats up, and extender needs to be adjusted accordingly to maintain tension at the 3kg level.

4. After 20 Min of US heated stretch I do 5-8 min of manual stretches at 5-6kg over a fulcrum in all directions. Especially to the right with the fulcrum at various places along the shaft on the right side, to attack the curvature and (hopefully) straighten it out.
Manuals are being performed with a 15 second buildup to full tension. Full tension are being maintained for 15-20 seconds.
All controlled by a competition approved fishing scale with continuous measuring.

5. Cooldown at 3,5-3,6kg at ambient temperature for 10-15 min

6. Here I measure Post BPFSL at 4 kgs of tension and log into my excel log template.

Protocol follows a 3 day on / 2 days off cycle

I do 1 pumping session on day 3, for 3x5-7 min.
All pumping is done with water at 42-45 degrees C
I also use a FIR pad outside my tube for additional heating
1st set is done cyclic pumping to maximize tunica stretch as early as possible in the session.
Set 2 and 3 at increasing static pressure from 8-12In/hg

So far I have only found a couple of obstacles with my protocol.
I’m not 100% sure about what temperature the tissue reach, how fast and how well it maintains.

Everyone who have read what has been done earlier know tissue temperature needs to reach and maintain +40 degrees Celsius or above for the entire session to get into therapeutic range. I want to stay as safe as possible and still reaching

1. Reaching and maintaining sufficient tissue temperature
2. Finding a good way of measuring tissue temperature

These questions are basically two sides of the same obstacle and I will address them as follows;

After having read the threads from Manko07 (?) with a thermometer in the urethra experiencing some burning from the metal tip, I have decided using silicone catheter tubes. Inside them I will insert a thin plastic rod with temperature probes from a 4 channel thermometer. 1 probe glued to the plastic rod, one for every 4cm.
To make 100% sure the inside of the catheter follow the temperature of its surroundings, I will fill the inside with US gel or waterbased lube using a large syringe or bird feeder.

I also have a couple of noose extenders that I no longer use, but will utilize for information gathering
Will set up the unit into the noose extender, stretch for about 2,5 kgs kg to make sure my penis has about the same thickness as normally in the extender and then apply the same 3 MHz US at 1,5w/cm2 while monitoring urethra temp

This way I am hoping to teach myself how to reach and maintain proper temperature for as much of the heated part of the session as possible.
So far I have measured skin temperature on the opposite side, with the probes between my finger and penis firmly pressed against the tissue.

You all have to excuse my lousy English. English is my 3rd language and I am far from fluent.

All and any suggestions to improve on my protocol are highly appreciated.
I have read 1000’s of pages on PE, but I’m sure I have missed out on some of the finer nuances which may further optimize my protocol

I’m currently entering my 4 th 3 day period of the above protocol. So far my BPFSL have increased 8mm from my initial measurement.
My hopes for this 1st period is an increase in BPFSL of 2 cm.

I forgot to mention supplementation

Post workout I do take
1. 4-5g L-Citruline
2. 1,5-2g L-Arginine
3. 2,5mg Tadalafil

Everyday supplementation I do
Tongkat Ali, Omega 3 Fatty acids, D3, Zink, Boron, Pygeum and Lecithin
