Quetzals Journey
So yesterday I did some measuring, the first time since I started approx 3 weeks ago. I gained! I almost can’t believe it.
I’ve been fairly consistent with the newbie routine, albeit suffered a major hangover in week two and skipped a day. It took a lot to motivate myself to keep going after skipping a day but I’m so glad I did.
I’ve been doing a 5 min warm up with a wrap, 5-6 mins of stretching (I hold for as long as 2 mins, until my hand gets tired) and 200 jelqs, at around 4-5 second each, followed by a hot shower. I tend to kegel as I’m doing mundane things through the day but always in ensure my total is at least 50. 2 days on, 1 day off - almost by the book.
Yesterday I changed my stretching to BTC and boy oh boy did I feel the stretch (in a good way). Feels like that is the one I’m going to keep doing until I see a plateau.
So the stats:
Start: BPEL 17.6cm, MSEG 13cm
Current: BPEL 18.1cm, MSEG 13cm
No girth gains, but I didn’t expect any so soon. And to be honest I’m less bothered since length is the priority first.
Long term goal is to start hanging once I see a drop off in gains, but that’s a long way down the road and plenty of time to research in between.
I haven’t measured flaccid length properly, since I had some difficulty getting it right with measuring tape, however I’ve got the tools to start tracking this now.
I have seen since I started very good PI indicators, which has definitely helped encourage me to keep going. Having the support of my wife as well is helping immensely, I don’t feel guilty for taking the time to focus on penis health. I remember reading this on the forums I think maybe a post from Titliest (apologies if I’ve got that wrong).
Anyways, onward and upward (outward?) from here. Thanks to all on this forum who have provided such excellent information and guidance. I’ll try to keep this thread updated every few weeks.
