still no new measurements but i have been on a decent hanging routine for about a month now after some time working a bit of girth and basic exercises. I took a basic measurement yesterday late in the day (i have been doing my hanging routine in the mornings, much easier to stay consistent if the wife is asleep most of the time) and that was promising. I’ll see about starting a once a month or bi weekly update on here including measurements. So far i think i am hanging about 10 lbs at BTC for 3 20 minute sets, as many days a week as possible, i have been taking Sundays off recently because I am still repairing my house from Harvey damage, new bathroom is gonna be sick tho. I try to wear an ads when i can to try and reinforce the plastic deformation model of growth.
I am currently reading a book i heard about through here called “Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy”, its probably too hokey for a bunch of people but its a very interesting and entertaining book to me. I already studied Taoism a bunch while “soul searching” and trying to figure out my religious path and honestly they are pretty damn close to how i think that stuff works. I also have a good bit of training in that stuff from studying martial arts. If you can stomach the stuff i would say its a pretty worth while and super informationally dense book.
I am currently trying to get my weight down through intermittent fasting, dietary control, and supplementation. I am hoping that this will all generate sexual boons, as well as general health, wellness, and happiness. I also am looking into using cool-sculpting to remove as much as the fat pad as possible. I would like to make a home made cooling gun but have yet to find schematics.
I am hoping that these lifestyle changes are going to bear successful fruit.
