Allrighty, need to stop letting the wife distract me from the routine. I have recently adopted a manual stretching routine done by angle and left right and center, x 3. So BTC left right and center x3 @ 30 seconds each. I also do 10 minutes of regular jelq. I have also successfully made a cock coil ADS and use that a couple hours a day if possible. It took me a while to get the CC ADS to where its use able, but once I get a solid fit its good to go for a couple hours.

back on the wagon after almost 3 years away. been doing a basic routine with a heatlamp warmup/warmdown, with light stretching and jelquing so far followed by a bit of time in a homemade pump (rock cleaner) for a couple weeks. still no new measurements but i have been on a decent hanging routine for about a month now after some time working a bit of girth and basic exercises. I took a basic measurement yesterday late in the day (i have been doing my hanging routine in the mornings, much easier to stay consistent if the wife is asleep most of the time) and that was promising. I’ll see about starting a once a month or bi weekly update on here including measurements. So far i think i am hanging about 10 lbs at BTC for 3 20 minute sets, as many days a week as possible, i have been taking Sundays off recently because I am still repairing my house from Harvey damage, new bathroom is gonna be sick tho. I try to wear an ads when i can to try and reinforce the plastic deformation model of growth.

I am currently reading a book i heard about through here called “Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy”, its probably too hokey for a bunch of people but its a very interesting and entertaining book to me. I already studied Taoism a bunch while “soul searching” and trying to figure out my religious path and honestly they are pretty damn close to how i think that stuff works. I also have a good bit of training in that stuff from studying martial arts. If you can stomach the stuff i would say its a pretty worth while and super informationally dense book.

I am currently trying to get my weight down through intermittent fasting, dietary control, and supplementation. I am hoping that this will all generate sexual boons, as well as general health, wellness, and happiness. I also am looking into using cool-sculpting to remove as much as the fat pad as possible. I would like to make a home made cooling gun but have yet to find schematics.

I am hoping that these lifestyle changes are going to bear successful fruit.

recently restarted a routine of 3x10 sets of hanging at 10 lbs and 3x10 sets of clamping, 5 minute warm up warm down etc. with breaks this routine takes well into an hour and a half. I have been good about waking up early and i have been on intermittent fasting for just over a week. I am hoping that these things will promote some new gains as i just looked at my stats and i havent really gained anything from first stats. I could have sworn i gained at least half an inch in there some where. Ill look again later. Much of my lack of success in here and in life at large i lay that the feet of an inability to maintain a routine for any meaningful amount of time. I intend to rectify that. I will measure at the two week mark this friday. I would love a birthday gift of an extra half an inch hanging out then, but who knows.

i need to look up a way to make a programmable pressure controlled pump. Water would be preferred, boxcar (i believe) made great gains with an electric pump that slowly raised pressure to 10 hg(air), held for 30 seconds then lowered to room pressure, he had great success. I’d like to build something like that, as i feel that i have the skill, but finding and building one is another story.

i plan on taking new measurements later in the week. I feel like my overall and penile health are good, but i am afraid that i might have long since thrombosed one of the main dorsal veins and as such am removing clamping from my routine for the moment until i feel like i either understand the situation better, or i have solved it. I am replacing the clamping with the Angion Method exercise, and supplementing with EVO oil. I am still doing hanging. My hanging is kinda weird i guess. I essentially just bend over and swing the weigh lightly in circles for a constantly moving straight out stretch. i feel the stretch on my ligs and tunica much better than when i hang btc, btc just feels like stretching skin. Hopefully i will have results to support these adjustments.
