Reigniting My Gains
I declare this thread the axis of me restarting my routine. I will use this thread as a means to catalog my upcoming growth and general health improvement. Along with a newbie routine period to start I plan on moving back into hanging and delving into clamping. As of this writing my current goals are around an 8.5 BPEL x 6.5 or higher EG. Currently I have a hard time orgasming during piv so I will be researching and attempting to improve that. I will also be practicing a new general exercise routine to promote general health, reduced fat pad, better cardiovascular performance, and improving general attractiveness and staying power. I have been a long time member, with several long time breaks. Wish me luck, measurements and progress pics to come later.
