Restarting Journey

Will be restarting my PE journey after a long hiatus. Starting with a pumping program but will look at ADS options in the future.

Starting at 6” BPEL and 5” MEG.

Things have been going quite well so far, I’ve been doing a 2 day on, 1 day off rotation.

My last session (Sunday) I was able to go for 1hr 15min at 4hg. I’m enjoying a very good boost in EQ and flaccid hang.

However, I’m having an odd sensation and wondering if anyone may have experienced it. It’s a small phantom-like sensation thats occurring near the base of my penis and at my tailbone.. It’s very odd, I don’t recall reading anything under anyone else’s journey / progress log that describes a similar sensation. Hard to describe really, not painful.. Pretty consistent but also random.

Initially I think for a little while at least my gains will mostly be coming from EQ. That being said I woke up in the middle of the night today extremely erect. So much so I had time to grab the ruler and shine my light off the phone to take measurement, then make this post still hard.

My new measurements are BPEL 6.2” and NBPEL 5.5” which are considerably better in a short period. But like I said I think this is primarily due to a much better EQ. Since I’m only aiming for length atm I’ll only be measuring that for now.

I’m pretty happy with my girth overall but once the length gets to the goal I’m aiming for I’m sure the proportion would call for some girth exercise.

For an update, I’m going to add clamping post pump. Although I’ve read it can effect EQ, if I start to see a noticeable difference in my EQ, I may back off that additional exercise.

Do you mean clamp pre pump? Would there be a benefit one way or the other?

One thing I’ve noticed. My penis reacts to pumping very differently per session.

Some sessions I can do 5hg for 1hr 30min and minus some initial edema, it slowly returns to normal. Other times it might be 4g at 1hr 15 min and as the initial edema clears, a lot of fluid retention will become apparent.

I go through the exact some process each time. So I’m a little stumped as to what dictates the results one way or another.

Just a little update, been sticking to the pumping regimen pretty consistently, minus 1 week due to moving out of state.

I’ve been noticing small increases in length under pump, using some markings on the tube as reference. I decided to measure under pump today and got 6” NBPPL and 6.7” BPPL.

I am having some erection issues that I am trying to get diagnosed, blood panel done just waiting on results. It could be anything from the simplest thing crossing my mind or feeling too hot during sex and I’ll rapidly lose my erection and there is NOTHING that can be done after that to regain it.

In addition to getting too hot, are you also short of breath? Could be an indication of being out of shape; it’s been real easy to skip the gym during the pandemic. It could also be an indication of high blood pressure. Just wanted to share for your awareness.

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Oh no I’m definitely out of shape, but have been for awhile now. I’m actually in better shape now than I have been for a couple years. The job at my previous location played a major role on my physical health. Very long days full of demoralizing events, left little in the way of motivation for anything else.

Not a big issue in shortness of breath. I’ve had a heat stroke and heat exhaustion in the past so I’m a lot more susceptible to getting hot.

Have you considered pelvic floor issues/dysfunction - tightness, overactive, etc.? They are super common.

Google “pelvic floor stretches/exercises for men.”

The blood work was just step 1 for me. If nothing comes out of it I planning on being referred to a urologist for further testing. In the meantime, I’ll check that out. Thanks!

I’ve got a question for everyone, anything inherently less desirable with pumping in the evening?

I usually pump directly after the gym early in the morning but then I’m usually in a rush to get to work.
