Restarting PE after 1" gain and 2.5 years long break

In short about my PE progress. I’ve tried PE with JP90 or better to say JP30 in 2016 because I did it for 30 days. My length increased 0.5" inches and girth about .2 inches, but I lost that girth after stopping.

In 2018 I started again, but this time with extending since nothing else worked for me. My results were +0.5" length and +0.4" girth after 500h/4-5 moths. You can read more about that on this thread: JavaScript and Extending

I will try again with extending and manual stretching depending on available free time. I believe that I can gain at least a half-inch because all of my extender gains were at low weight extending 1 -1.5kg.

My goals for this year are:

- length 0.5"
-girth 0.5"
-Better EQ and vascularity, maybe angion can help because I stopped exercising in 2020.

How much time did you take off?

I stopped my 500h long extending run in October 2018. I stopped because I didn’t have enough time back then, but now I’m back. This thread will serve me as motivation to keep going since it’s really hard to be crazy consistent.
