Review my routine please
Hi all, this is my first time posting on here. I’ve mostly been a spectator from time to time, but I’ve decided to seek out advice with my PE Routine.
I’ve been PEing for about 6 months (started in January) and have seen only slight length gains with seemingly no girth gains (although my dick is definitely veinier now). When I started I was almost 6 inches length and now I’m a little over 6 and about 5 inches girth which doesn’t seem to have changed. I’ve been following the beginners newbie routine this whole time with slight modifications:
MTWTF
Warm up 5 minutes
(All stretches are held for 30 seconds and followed with 25 - 30 helicopter shakes and done in the order of middle, left, right) stretch 3x under leg then 3x down then 3x middle then 3x top
Quick warm up (usually 30 secs to a minute)
Then jelq for 15 minutes (I do slow 4 - 8 seconds jelqs at 60% - 80% erection level)
Warm down 5 minutes
MWF
Then later in the evening 15 minute bathmate (although lately I haven’t been able to do it consistently because of my Turkey Neck ruining the pump by causing pain in my balls and me having to take it out and readjust multiple times which I feel like jelqing might be increasing it so I don’t really get a great pump for an extended period of time but I try and do it anyways.)
The reason I’m posting is because the past month I didn’t seem to gain any length or girth (maybe a very minimal amount of length) so I’ve decided to increase my routine and would like some reviews on my routine.
New Routine:
MTWTF
Warm up 5 minutes
(All stretches are held for 40 seconds, up from 30 and followed with 25 - 30 helicopter shakes and done in the order of middle, left, right) stretch 3x under leg then 3x down then 3x middle then 3x top
Quick warm up (usually 30 secs to a minute)
Then jelq for 20 minutes up 5 minutes
Warm down 5 minutes
Straight into Edging for 30 minutes
Then X4 labs right after. I try to keep it on for at minimum 2 hours and maximum 5 - 6 hours a day.
Then finally later in the evening on MWF’s Bathmate for 15 minutes
I never experienced those insane newbie gains that I see a lot of people go through but doesn’t matter to me, as long as I’m gaining I don’t care how slow it is. My goal is to reach 7.5 inches length and 6 inches head girth with 5.5 inches shaft girth (My penis is curved upwards and mushroom shaped so the head is a lot bigger then the shaft). If anyone could look at this routine and let me know their thoughts it would be much appreciated :) !
