Alright so i’m very unmotivated right now. Things seemed to be going great in the first month, but now…
I dont know why, but i just CAN’T keep my erection for more than 5 minutes to keep jelqing, my penis just slowly starts to shrink and get smaller, i need to stop everytime to watch porn and get hard again, this is REALLY FRUSTRATING.
Also, my erections are not even close to be as hard as it was some weeks ago, and before you ask, i’m doing very light stretches and low pressure jelqings, only 15 minutes too.
My guess is that it’s because there’s 1-2 weeks that i stopped working out. Before, i was always doing bodyweight exercises at home, squats, pushups, dips, leg exercises, biceps etc… i think that because i stopped working out that made my erections weaker and my penis to not stay erect for a long time during jelqings. What do you think? Working out your body makes blood circulate through it, right?
I’m really unmotivated now. I will stop for 1 week and start working out again tomorrow and see if after this week my erection gets better and greater as it was before.
