Good starting size! I measure my gains/size with BPFSL. (bone pressed flacid stretched length)
It reacts faster on your routine, and I even measure it before and after my daily routine.
Normally BPEL follows slowly.

I am not an expert in these terminologies but you should try various grips until you find one that is stable and convenient.

Then try to apply tension for at least 30 secs.
You shouldn’t feel pain but should also feel stretched.

Heat your unit before and measure BPFSL before and after
To learn how your body reacts on tension.

Check this fascia strain and stress stuff.

Be a scientist.

Will the BPFSL need to be higher after training?

Yes BPFSL should be around 5% higher in the beginning.
Later when your unit is well trained this goes down to 3% or 2%.

So you should see a gain around 0,5 cm to 1 cm.
But I wouldn’t measure in between the stretches because that may lead you
To over training followed by injuries.

Reading the forum I realized that most of the people who made gains did 5-6 day on and 1 off routines. So now I’m going to do a 4-5 day on and 1 off routine.

New routine:
5’ warmup
