BPEL 6.7 x 5.4
It took about 5 years before reaching 8 x 6 (NBPEL)

IMO BPEL is the only way to accurately measure your penis every time. Problem with NBP is that the ruler might not always be exactly at the same position or as others mentioned the fatpad could increase/decrease (witch you dont really notice if there is 0.5 cm increase or decrease over the course of a few months), the angle of your penis could also change as it grows.
So without measuring accurately every time, you wont be able to tell if your routine is really working or not. No matter how many theories you come up with about your approach.
