Hey there! I am pretty new here, I’ve only been lurking around the forums for about 2 months, which was around the time I started my PE journey. It wasn’t anything special, just some simple jelqs and stretches for a few minutes a day. However, the road to 10 inches begins now, and yes, my username is “Tenner” for this exact reason. I am an “all-or-nothing” type of guy so if I set a goal, I will find a way.

I got inspired by a post from wadzilla talking about his friend from school who spent hours a day doing manuals and stretches which gave him amazing results. I don’t have any type of PE equipment to use, just my hands so I resonated with the post. It is pretty convenient since I have a lot of time to do this. I always liked the “more is more” type of approach since I really haven’t seen much progress with the opposite.

My routine is this:

5 days a week (the weekdays):
45 minute wet jelq session in the morning
Then a 15 minute break
Then 40 minutes of rotary cranks

Then at night before bed:
1 hour dry jelq session
Then 15 minute break
Then 45 minutes of SO 2-handed pulls

Then for the weekend:
30 minutes to an hour of SO 2-handed pulls and rotary cranks in the morning and before bed

That’s about it, I might switch the dry jelqs with wet ones if I don’t feel comfortable.

My starting stats are 5.8x5
This is NBPEL and Girth (mid shaft)

I want to clarify that I don’t care about bone-pressed erect length because it is length that I cannot see without pressing down on my fat pad. I will focus on my girth once I’m satisfied with the length, however, my ideal girth is 7”.

Anyway, that’s about it for now, I’ll try and update weekly on potential progress and setbacks.

Update #1:

Ok, so it’s been about a week since I started my routine. It took some getting used to because of the amount of time I have to spend but I’m getting the hang of it. As far as progress goes, I noticed about a 1 cm increase in stretched flaccid length, Non bone pressed erect length is the same but my erections are harder and fuller so it appears bigger. I’ve decided to add 5-minute stretches throughout the day, mainly during bathroom trips, to stay stretched and keep the tissue more elongated. I will update you next week on any further improvements.

But if your starting data is 5.8X5, when you reach 10X7, do you know what this means?

It means that you have increased your dick volume by 238%!

According to my observation on Thunder for many years, more than 99% of people can only increase their original volume by 30-50%.

Update #2:

What a crazy week this was. Two large snowstorms 5 days apart when we barely had any snow all season. I must admit it did get in the way of my PE a bit but I still found time to do it before and after shoveling. My flaccid is stretched an extra 0.8 cm, I noticed an extra 6 mm of NBPEL, I have no idea about girth since I’m not focusing on that right now. The routine has remained the same, with lots of jelqing and stretching, especially throughout the day. Vascularity is slowly coming in which is good, always appreciate a little extra blood flow. That’s about it for this week, on to week three!

I honestly don’t believe it’s possible to gain that much from where you’re currently at but I hope you prove me wrong. You most definitely can get 2 inches maybe even 3 but I think that’s about the limit. Also, you might get to 8 and decide you’re big enough.

Update #3:

I’m thinking of spreading these updates a bit further, around a month perhaps. Anyway, I have a way of approaching PE that I don’t think many are doing. Most are going for the fatigued feeling after every session, what I’m trying to do is a more controlled long-term fatigue that accumulates over time rather than after every session. I feel this could be a better way for sustainable long-term growth. Too much fatigue might hinder progress instead of the opposite. Another thing I’m thinking of doing is incorporating more heat warm-ups before the workout and perhaps in between sets. I haven’t been focusing on that as of yet. Flaccid definitely hangs lower, there’s better circulation and a little bit of a noticeable increase in size while looking fuller. That’s about it for this week, I’ll report back again sometime this month.

The point of BPEL is to track your gains. You could gain a quarter inch, but then also gain a quarter inch on your fat pad. Then you go to measure and it’s like nothing happened.

A little advice for you:

You should start with a small goal and when you achieve it, you focus on the next one.
Otherwise, you can easily get discouraged especially if you take too many measurements of your penis in a short period of time.
I had to do a lot of “Hard Work” for several years before reaching 8 x 6 inches.

I realized this but my weight doesn’t fluctuate, It is extremely hard for me to gain fat so my fat pad has been the same for years

Oh don’t worry I’m in it for the long haul, I don’t expect to get to where I want to be for years

According to urologist the only true way to gain any length to your penis is by weights and by ligament surgery and even then at best you might gain 1/2 inch.
