Hello there fellows! Allow me to introduce myself - I’m a 22 years old guy from a Mediterranean country (I wanted to post in my native language forum, but there seems to be a limit for new members. Also, this is a good chance to practice my English skills). I’m pretty young-ish looks-wise: there’s a little part of my subconscious mind that still hopes for a late growth spurt..
I encountered this website and the PE techniques for the first time a couple of years ago, but never looked into it because I thought it could be dangerous and not worth the time and effort. Lately, I stumbled upon further information about this practice on a famous social news website (I don’t know if I can mention it?), that made me curious and convinced me I should give it a shot. I’m (unfortunately) wasting a lot of time when it comes to self improvement, so why not add a 10-30 minute routine for my beloved penis.
At first, before noticing this website, I read about it on another forum, where I found a popular beginner routine that I began to practice. However, it is probably too stressful for a beginner like me: after doing it for the second time a couple of days ago, I think I exaggerated and got a lot of red spots that still have to heal. I’m still unsure about the physiology of these blood spots - some say it is a sign of growth, because broken capillaries are to be expected, some others say it is a negative sign and I have to stop for some time. I shall rest as long as it is needed, don’t want to hurt myself so stupidly. Frankly I didn’t feel any pain, it’s just a visual thing, so I’m quite optimistic about it.
To be honest, since I felt no pain, yesterday I tried to do it anyway with a lighter routine that I think will be my beginning routine (obviously I’ll begin again after red spots are healed). It is this website’s newbie routine with a slight modification taken from the other one, so it looks like this:
5-10 minute warmup - at the moment I’m not using a hot washcloth because living with my family I’m doing it stealth, I’m still looking for an excuse to borrow a washcloth for my routine or come up with a plausible excuse anyway. So the warmup is done directly with hot water, making sure I don’t burn my cock obviously haha.
Stretching - this one is borrowed from the other routine. I do some “helicopters” to let the blood flow (I think it works because, while still in flaccid state, it elongates), then I do stretch in every direction (left, right, straight out, up) but when holding, instead of counting, I do 25 quick short kegels and it feels like a good blood pump. Then while still holding it I do 10 circles clockwise and 10 counterclockwise (I think it’s called crankshaft stretch)
10 minutes of wet Jelqing - I prefer a duration approach to a repetition one: if I have to count for reps, I end up hurrying and doing it badly. If I set a 10 minute timer instead, I know it will take 10 minutes no matter what and I can focus on quality repetitions. I tend to take it slow and do it in the most correct way, and ensure that the blood is actually flowing. Just like when I do lifting at the gym: moderate weights, low reps, but very slow eccentric phase then explosive force. Anyway, back to jelqing I ditched the reverse OK grip because it bothered my wrists.
5-10 minute cool/warm down - I’m still searching about it: is it better to warm or to cool down? I do it with flowing water again, I think gently alternating between hot and cool water is beneficial to micro circulation and recovery. Just like contrast bathing for muscle recovery. Still looking for a confirmation to this theory.
I’m hoping some veteran will read and confirm or critique my routine plan and thoughts!
Anyway, let’s talk about measurements. As of 26/01/2018, this morning I tried to take measurements as best as I could, not easy to force a 100% erection.
NBPEL: 13,6 cm / 5,3”
BPEL: 14,4 cm / 5,6”
EG: 11,5 cm / 4,5”
Very average I know. But I have to be honest, until this morning, I always thought it was smaller, like 4,5x4, hence my insecurities and the reason I ended up here. I suspect that, even though I did the routine only a couple of times, I’m already reaping some benefits. I definitely noticed an improvement in EQ and spontaneous erections! Honestly I think PE exercises are still worth doing it just for improving EQ. Also, I started taking Creatine a couple of weeks ago. It is proven that Creatine increases muscle volume by increasing its water content. I suspect it could slightly help down there too.
Aside from measurements and mental masturbation.. I think my cock is nice. Like, it’s a good-looking cock. Slightly curved upward and to the left. And now that I know that it isn’t as small as I thought I feel relieved and proud. I will take care of it.
Some say that it is beneficial to set goals for growth. I’ll try:
1st goal: 6”x5” (I’d like a girth increase more than length)
Future goal: the golden, mighty, and much yearned 8x6 monster
