I have a SiliStretcher. Don’t really care for it. Nothing to do with being uncircumcised but it has a piston type vacuum chamber that just doesn’t hold vacuum too well. May pick up a cheap bell type device from Ebay.

Added 10 min and 8oz to heated phase. Subtracted 8oz from cool down. Total weight 120oz (3.4kg). No change from yesterday. Will use this for one more day then add weight if no change. Slight increase in BPFSL from 11/10, 18.4cm—>18.8cm. Within the margin of measuring error IMO. Not ready to bank any gain yet.

Added 24oz to the routine for total of 144oz (4kg). Feel a better stretch at this weight. Wasn’t feeling much if any stretch at lower weight. FIR pad doesn’t put out as much heat as I’d like. I don’t think it’s getting anywhere near 40 degrees C. May continue with it this week and switch to US next week.

Plugged the Thermedics heating pad directly into an outlet today and maintained a higher temp. Had it plugged into the USB port on my laptop previously. Still don’t know if it’s enough to overcome physiological cooling. Only way to know is with a urethral probe. Not going that far.

FYI you dont want to exceed a 3% strain due to the documented damage that occurs when you surpass that threshold… as in collagen rupture. instead your goal of collagen remodeling that you want to occur happens below 3% and peak or optimally at 2.5% strain. AND that is only with heat

Agree. No idea why the additional strain on the last session compared to previous sessions. The heating pad seemed to be reaching a higher temp than usual. Will decrease the weight a bit today.

Same weight and duration today. Strain is more reasonable at 2.6%. Hoping Pre-BPFSL starts catching up to Post. Hard not to get impatient even though I’m not really expecting gains of more than 1mm/week or so. May start measuring Pre-BPFSL at the start of the week and Post-BPFSL at the end instead of measuring every day.

Used IR today. Decent strain. Added 16oz to heat phase for a total of 150oz (4.26kg). Wrapped the heating pad with foam pipe insulation and it made a huge difference. Had to turn it off a few times when it became too intense. Didn’t cause any burns. I think I’ll call a 2mm gain since starting this 3 weeks ago. I’m happy with it as long as it keeps up. I wasn’t expecting huge gains and I’m in it for the long haul.
