Hi everyone. Longtime lurker and infrequent poster on TP. I’m starting this progress log for myself to document my unusual “penile history” but anyone is free to make comments or suggestions.

Started PE seriously early last year. I’ll document my routines and progress until now in a series of hopefully short posts.

I suffer from a lifetime of almost pathological turtling. This happens as with most guys in situations causing anxiety as well as in cold weather/cold water, etc. I’m uncircumcised so in the most severe cases it was like having a second belly button. Double the anxiety in situations where I’d have to get naked like locker rooms or doctor’s offices. I would “fluff up” in the bathroom before showering after gym class or sports and was still usually the smallest guy there. Developed a case of severe body dysmorphia as a teen. Never dated and avoided females until I was an early adult for fear of not measuring up. This despite no lack of interest from multiple girls and my friends screwing everything that moved.

I had no idea what the size of most guys was except that they all seemed larger than me. Eventually found out that most guys erect were around 5”-7” and that my 5.75” was perfectly normal. Didn’t matter, the damage was already done. I didn’t mention that I also also have mild hypospadias. This plus being uncircumcised (unusual for an American kid of my generation) made me different from everyone else. Kids with hypospadias are often not circumcised as the foreskin is used in reconstrucion which I never had done because it’s so mild and never caused me physical or functional problems (don’t want anyone going near my dick with a knife).

This is just background. No self pity here. I’m married 30+ years to a great woman and have been pretty successful overall. May have turned out completely different if I’d been a hung stud in my early years but there are a few things I wouldn’t mind changing.

Welcome! You already have great gains. I’m a little confused though you said 5.75” was your true starting point when younger. Did you do PE to get you to 6.75”?

You’re non bone pressed 7” already so you’re probably 7.5”-8” BPEL at least! You’ve had great success!

Thanks. Measured around 5.75” at the end of my teens. Didn’t do any PE but measuring in my early 30’s it had grown to 6.75”. Did some growing in my 20’s.

Thanks. My dick is ruler shy so I can only get a decent BPFSL of 7.5”, nowhere near 8”. Someone in other thread mentioned they wanted “easy 8”. I assume NBPSL. That’s my goal.

Neglected to mention in the OP. I did something really stupid when I was like 18. Was at a New Years party and falling down drunk. Went outside to piss and, of course, my dick didn’t extend beyond my zipper in the frigid weather. Got frustrated and gave it a yank. That unleashed a wave of pain through my dick and whole pelvic floor. Eventually went away that night but over the next few weeks started having painful erections. Started to notice some deformity just behind the glans when erect and a hard lump in the center around the septum. Scar tissue. Peyronies Disease. Still have kind of a flattening on the underside just behind the glans.

Started PE casually back in 2004. I wasn’t really after a larger erection. My wife was happy with my size and I was actually one of the larger guys she had been with. The constant turtling was too much though. I wanted to actually feel something in my pants and have a nice flaccid hang that I could be comfortable with.

Decided to get a penis pump. Found one online. Way too big a cylinder for me, 9”x2”. Didn’t think I needed any instruction on how to use it. Self explanatory right? Stick your dick in, pump it up as far as it will go and leave it there for a while. Wished I’d known about TP back then. After 3 or 4 pumping efforts with edema, petecchia and discoloration, the pump went in the closet. Lucky I didn’t get a serious injury.

No, it is not «pump it up as far as it will go and leave it there». That is dangerous. Does the pump have a gauge ? If so, do not go over 5 hg in vaccum, and start with short sessions, like 5 minutes, and then i crease the numbers of 5 minutes sessions per day in a slow rate. After a month you can try to do 10 minutes sessions - and start with only 2x10 minutes per day, and increase the number of sessions slowly over the weeks. It is easy to get injured if you pump to hard and to long. The mentioned 9x2 cylinder will be perfect for your penis which is already big. Good luck.

Yes absolutely. Just recounting my early mistakes with PE.

Picking up my progress log again after taking a 2 month decon to document my new routine. Started serious PE in early 2020 using a stretching routine I found online similar to the newbie routine without the jelqing. Started out at 6.75” BPFSL. After about 2 months of manual stretching I bought a SizeGenetics extender and used it for around 4 hours/day 5 days a week for 6 months. Took my first measurement at that time and had gained 0.5” to 7.25”. Hoping for more and was kind of disappointed. I think I went at the manual stretching and extending too hard and just toughened up. Also wasn’t using heat. I came across threads by Marinera and Gentlepsycopath who used relatively light stretching and holding routines with decent progress. Gave this a try and gained another 0.25” over 1 month. Probably could have gotten more if I’d taken a 1 or 2 month decon before starting. After this the gains stopped even after adding an IR lamp to the routine bringing me up to my last decon.

I read through all of the impressive threads from Kyrpa, 5.5Squared, Longerstretch and others and I’m sold on stretching with heat followed by cool down under tension. Starting my next routine based on their extensive work and documentation so if I have any gains I have them to thank. I have an US device but I’m going to start out with hanging using an FIR heating pad. The hands off approach of FIR is more appealing but I’ll switch to US if I’m not making progress.

Strain was fair, not great but could probably make some progress with it. This is going to be trial and error. I’d rather document in kg but I’m using my fishing sinkers and too lazy to do the conversion.

Decreased time a little and added some weight during the heated phase and cooldown. Don’t think I can make any progress with strain of 1.06%

20 min @ 24oz. Add 8oz every 2 min. Total weight 96oz

30 min @ 132oz. Heat
Added 24oz
20 min @ 156oz cool down

Very happy with 3.2% strain but will back off the weight trying to keep strain between 2.0 and 2.5%. I’ll add time to the routine before adding weight if it falls below 2.0%.

What hanging device specifically are you using being uncircumcised and how is it working out for you?
