I received my rings last night. I just feel like
I’m between 2 sizes. One is tight that limits kegels and I feel would interfere with ejaculating. And the next size up is loose on the base. Maybe I’ll have to order new ones. Or just grow into the bigger one 😆 lol. I still can go soft in the smaller one so it’s not too tight like it’s clamping.

I just need the month to end so I can measure. Even when I was powerlifting. I would max out weekly and measure my chest and arms weekly. I have a problem with seeing measured gains! No patience.

I tried to measure again yesterday. But I keep losing my erection when the ruler tape comes out. The hard ruler is fine for length but the tape for girth always makes me go soft. Guess it’s psychological knowing it’s not going to come up with what I want.

But I had Health set back ended up in the hospital. Took a few days off. Just getting over that so going to start up again today.

I really need to focus on some girth so the stretching may be put to a minimum. I’m not quite 5 around consistently. That’s with a 100 percent EQ which I’m not normally. I just need to break into the 13cm range to give me back the ego boost.

Question.
What’s the correlation between BPFSL and BPEL?
BPFSL is roughly 7.75
BPEL is roughly 7.25-7.4

I’m not really going for length and just mainly do bundled stretches and V stretches. To warm the tunica before jelqs. I am curious if that mean my tunica is too tight or if my lig is. I want to ensure there is the most expansion possible for the tunica.

So as it’s the end of the month time to re-evaluate my progress my PIs and plan for the next month.
Stats:
BPEL 7.4
NBPEL 6.4
MEG 4.9 (fluctuates from 4.85-5.1 the tape makes me go soft with a cock ring I am 5.0)

EQ 70-90 percent. Occasionally 90-100 which is new for me this past month. Consistency is better.
I have yet to get a measurement at 90-100 EQ most are at 70-80.

Girth has not changed much. But it is more consistent. My wife has acknowledged that the sides (CC)are more prominent and feel thicker. She also likes to point out all the new veins. I have a wider penis from the top than the sides. It’s not very round more box shaped. Length is also more consistent. I used the best measurement I could squeeze out in the beginning. I met a first another goal of mine. Progress is definitely there and this does work for both health and size.
I use to dribble when I would pee and have the sensation of continuing to pee when nothing came out. Or I would need to go and then nothing would come out. This is all gone. Which is a great benefit. Besides just the fact of being consistently harder this is the best accomplishment.
I am ancy and anxious to get back to my original package. And can not wait to continue this journey.
Moving forward I enjoy doing manual clamps between jelqs feels amazing and I think that has helped to increase my quality. I plan to continue what I have been doing and adding in more of those. I have maybe only once or twice actually felt fatigued so I feel I can push harder. But I’m going to refrain while I still see gains.
Can’t wait to measure again mid month to make tweaks and adjustments!

I started to do a lot more manual clamps for 30-60 seconds while engorged followed by single hand jelqs for 10-20 each hand. Then 20-30 jelqs switching hands. This leaves the head nice and engorged. I have an issue staying 60-80 percent erect while doing this. I usually fall to like 40 percent. Kegeling helps bring some back. But it’s really a damper on my gains I feel.

Reflection:

I reached my first goal about 30 days in 6x4.75 consistent. Peak to 6.5x5 with 100 percent erection.

60 days in I went back to having morning wood and more control over urinating and cumming.

90 days in now and I am consistently over 6.25x4.85 70-80%EQ with 6.5-6.75x5-5.1 with 90-100 percent EQ. Flaccid it’s a lot thicker and longer. I have smaller balls so my flaccid always looks bigger and I’m a Shower but the bulge is missing.

Had sex the other night with 6.75x5.1 which was my second goal. To be over 6.5x5 during sex.

Next goal is waking up with 90-100EQ regularly. Now it’s 70-80. And be 5MSEG with 70-80 percent. And consistently have sex at over 90 percent EQ.

To achieve this goal I am considering buying a leluv pump. But like I said I’m wide like an oval. Like for example I fit into a toilet paper roll if I press it to oval. But leaving it round it doesn’t fit cause the width. So I’m unsure which cylinder size to get. I am approx 1.75 wide But then depth is about 1.25-.35. And at the base only 1.5ish wide. I am looking for straight girth not length

I would add pumping into my routine every other day to start with 10 minutes at 3-5hg just enough to cause a 100 percent erection and maintain it.

So instead of pumping I decided to do some light clamping instead.

I did 2 sets of 5 minutes with a clamp lightly around. Just enough to feel the veins bulge and to cause a 1/8 inch increase in girth. This was prior to my usual workout. So in short:
5 min heating pad warmup
2x5min clamp
10 min rest
In a Hot shower:
5 min stretch. Mainly bundle and V for 15-20 second holds.
3 sets of 30 jelq, 20 single hand each hand, light hand clamp.
4 tight manual clamp for 30 seconds each while edging and ballooning.
I had the best session I have had so far using this.
Had sex that night and the best boner I have had in a long time. Had to measure
6.75nbp x 5.125meg.
I’m going to keep this up on a 2 on 1 off routine for the next few sessions to before I think to add pumping. I want to see if this was a fluke or this trend continues before changing my workout.
But pump has been ordered!

Due to nerve damage in my back and pelvic region i am inconsistent.

About 70-80 percent hard here. Hard to measure picture and stay hard. And I don’t usually go above 80 anyhow. Rarely I’ll get to 9-100 and it’s a few mm different in both measurements.

I also cut off the 1 inch cause the metal tab made it hard to measure girth. So minus one inch or 2.5 cm from the tape.

Also girth wise I think a few cm below where I measured is my thickest part. I just usually always measure there.

That’s not bone pressed. Just holding the tape down into my pubes.

At 59 years old, I found pumping changed my EQ the most. I think since pumping “mimics” a big erection it might reteach your body to do it…I started with a 2.0 leluv with gauge. Now I use the 2.25. If the tube is a little large, that’s ok, in your situation you want the vacuum pulling in all directions.


Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

Bwilliams. Thank you for the input having ED issues as well. I am excited to get my pump this week and do some testing this weekend to see how my body responds.

I plan to just pump 1 5 minute session at 3Hg in the morning. Going in erect as possible. Then gauge it throughout the day and do my normal routine at night. And see how that affects my PI and ability to complete my normal routine.

If all goes well I will do the 1 session iincoporated in my routine and see how that goes. Then slowly increase time in til I get to 10 minutes. Then add another session. And continue to monitor. If there’s no affect I will up the morning session until I get an affect good or bad. And adjust it from there.

I am all about creating a personal plan for yourself through trial and trial. Each body is different.

Took a rest day yesterday. And woke up to a 100% EQ boner today. It was throbbing firm and rock.
I think the best PI that there is, is taking an off day and seeing if your libido and and EQ increases the day after. More blood flow and throbbing Shows that the body has recognized the stress you put on the body part (this case penis. Over a muscle) and is working to repair it.
Don’t forget you grow when your sleeping and resting.

I also just received my animal stak vitamins and will start them tonight. I personally suggest everyone who is doing PE to a point of 80-90 percent exhaustion supplements their diet. But that’s just coming from me and my experiences in power lifting. I’m not a doctor.

I think I will keep the same routine. It’s not very strict. It’s kind of loosely based on a plan and changes with my PIs during the session. Off days like this show me it’s working so why change it!
