Had sex 3x with the wife yesterday. EQ was 80-90 all three times. What an off day!
Woke up with no morning wood this morning. But I didn’t expect to so I won’t let it bring me down.

I decided to try and pump this morning.
I did 3-4HG for 3 5 minute sessions with heat and massage in between. I go in with an erection. And come out no erection but my flaccid is as thick as my erection. At the end I stimulated to induce a boner. And that boner only had 1/16-1/8 inch expansion.
Maybe I didn’t go long enough? But I’m not in a rush so I don’t plan to dive in.

Then I proceeded to clamp 2x for 8 min each. And got 1/4 to 3/8 expansion. Edged a little and ended the session with heat.

And now an hour later my flaccid is 1/8 inch thicker than usual. So I would say back to normal.

I think I may like clamping more than pumping. I just don’t like discoloration.

Good for you Scubes! I’m jealous! My wife gets too sore for even a 2nd round.

Pumping takes time like everything else with PE. Give yourself a couple months and you may find great temporary expansion. As time goes on it’ll translate to gains. And don’t worry about coming out of the tube flaccid, three years later and I still do.

Kings, that was a rare occurrence for me. Usually it’s a round 2 slowly. But she was pretty tipsey when we got home from the bar which always helps lol.

I did the same thing again today
3x5 pump
3x3 clamp. It was more sensitive today than usual so I didn’t want to push anything.
15 min edge with manual clamp.
And heat all throughout.

Felt good feels plump still. Had good expansion through. I like to measure throughout some days. Not too see if I am growing. Just to feel for expansion. And where I am comfortable with and what’s working.

So I had my shoot for the moon goal. Of getting back to 7.25x5.25 or 5.5.

But my land among the stars goal was to get back to functional sex like a kid 20s dude should be doing.

So being at 6.25-6.5 and 4.8-5.1 and 70-100EQ. I’m pretty much there.

I’m not going to stop. Still going to try and hit the moon. But I don’t feel in any kind of rush so if I’m clamped and the expansion makes me iffy. I just stop. It’s a perk of being happy and in control. I suggest everyone tries to find that balance.

Having once held strength records and a bunch of MMA trophies for multiple disciplines. A few placements on the race track. Then losing it all makes you really stop and enjoy the journey. I was always in a rush to get to my next milestone. Add 5lbs to my deadlift. Get another tournament win. Take. A second off my lap time. I never stopped to actual enjoy what I was doing and just be hungry for goals. That’s a major regret of mine. And being only 25 years old it’s a crusher.

So with this PE journey I am here to enjoy every click every pump every stretch. This is my new filler. Even my wife says I have been so much happier since filling that void.

New routine:

Warmup each day either shower or heat pad.
2-3x a week pump 5-8 minutes 3-5HG
Same days 3x3-8 minute clamps.
30-40 minutes edging and some uli

1-2x a week. Jelq edge manual clamp uli and stretch.

Going to continue to measure and monitor my expansion. As well as judge my EQ from my morning wood and erection angle.
I’ll give it a few weeks and make minor adjustments based on the above. Hopefully I can be consistent 5-5.15 by the end of a few weeks.
Length I really don’t care about. She can’t deep throat. Won’t take it all anal. And she likes rubbing pelvis. And it can be difficult now if I’m fully aroused to 6.75.

I want to keep discoloration to a minimum. I also have a bruise on my glans from that sex the other night. So I may just wait til it’s healed. I don’t see a reason to continue and delay the healing process.

Did the clamp and pump routine again last night. Had what I would say is a lot of discoloration during my second clamp so I ended it early. Finished out with some edging.

Felt very plump during edging but there was no measurable increase in size after the clamp and pump. Flaccid thickness was increased a lot. Stayed as thick as erect.

Woke up this morning before my alarm with a raging hard throbbing erection. Fell back asleep. Woke up to my alarm again raging hard. Measured to 5.125.

So although it wasn’t thicker right after pumping. It was the morning after.

This makes every day after pumping and clamping I have woken up 100 percent and has bigger flaccid all day.

And today I’m in dress pants and have big meetings! Oops lol.

The inconsistency is a killer. I can be 5 1/8 one boner. And the next be 4 7/8. But I am just measuring the range and watching it go up. It was 4.5-4.75. Now it’s religiously over 4.75 atleast 4 7/8.

The length seems to be 6.5-6.75 now. Manual hand clamps and some you continue to be my favorite. But I feel pumping has greatly increased my EQ.

Mid month update:

From sept to 12/1 I did all manuals in the shower under warm running water. My EQ rose greatly. And my wife said it’s the biggest I have ever been for her, unprovoked.
I focused mainly on stretching with bundles and V for length. For girth jelqs uli and single hand jelqs.
Since 12/1 I switched to clamping and manual clamps during edging. Then added pumping a week ago. And using jelq to warm up. Very little stretching was done. Mainly just bundles to warm up.
I’m content with the growth. I took the most frequent numbers.
I will finish the month out with clamping and pumping mainly. My EQ has reacted great to this. I’m hoping to secure another 1/16 girth and 1/8 length by the end of the month.
The pumping and clamping seems to be working for length well and rounding out my penis. Turning it back into a cylinder as it got wide from jelqing.
Will update anomalies in my workout. Or end of the month.

What I am thinking is.
Can I pump and clamp to more or less ballon it up so it’s always at or over 5 MEG. Remove the pump and clamp.
Then use jelq uli and edge to break down the cells and rebuild them at that size maintained from clamping and pumping.
Jelqs force up blood and the pressure breaks down the cells.
The uli over inflated the cells.
The edging forced blood in and out bringing in new nutrients.
To kind of cement the gains.
Then small decon to confirm they have cemented. And restart the process.

Also it’s pretty damn awesome taking a piss and seeing my flaccid size is back to normal. And then it’s hard to believe that this is what it used to be at it’s worst. Like my wife pointed out when I was changing that she can’t believe that’s the size we used to have sex with compared to what it is now. Like having sex with me has been like having sex with 3 different guys. And she’s happy where I am now.

Happiness has gone up just from that.
