Yep, it should either show continuous (vs the ‘pulse’ option) but you may want to set the intensity at 1.5 or 1.6 to start.
Feel the face of the probe/transducer and you will feel it vibrate.
Apply gel… and you will reapply 5-10 minutes into your routine.
You aren’t really trying to apply pressure, it should be a smooth glide keeping continuous motion.
As you make your paths you want to be slightly overlapping the patterns.
