I’m not getting any soreness or negative PIs, though, so I am wondering if it would be better to do 5/2 or something. Or rather just only take breaks when experience some PIs. US is coming in the mail.

First off…
Fill in some blanks, this has some holes.
Lol

What kink of US unit are you getting/looking to get?

How has the reading gone on Kyrpa’s thread?

Hello, yes I am starting this return to PE after many years off at a BPFSL of 180mm. The US I ordered is a Delta 3Mhz off eBay, I suppose the most common one. Right now my routine is using my Penimaster Pro with the highest possible heat I can get from a heating pad wrapped around my unit while extending. I do think the heat is getting pretty close to US levels, though I am looking forward to getting the machine whenever it arrives in a week or two. I think I’ve pretty much read the full thread at this point.

Routine specifics: 3 45 minute sets in extender with heating pad. I have the extender set so that I can only just barely get it on with the extender pivoted all the way up against my abdomen, the position where it has its shortest length. After around 15 minutes of heating a gradually pivot the extender down until my member is pointing straight out from body. That’s where the tension is highest. Even in the starting position, the extender springs are completely compressed. Without the heating it would never be able to reach that position. For the last 15 minutes of each set, I remove the heating and detach and re-attach the glans unit from the extender in order to have a cyclic load. Each cycle is about 1 minute.

Hope this looks like a reasonable routine. I’ve been doing it for about a week so far. Before that, I was doing 3 hours a day of just conventional extender use for around 1-2 months.

What I am wondering right now is whether or not it is really best to only do 3 on 2 off, since I do not have any negative PIs or soreness. I don’t want to do more work if it won’t produce more growth. But I do want to reach my goals as quickly as possible.

Really looking forward to seeing how Krypa’s methodology develops. It would be really tremendous if we could converge on a system where people can gain around 1mm a week in length for 6 weeks, followed by say 0.5 mm a week in circumference for 6 weeks, over and over until everyone is an 8x6 or larger! I won’t count on things being that easy, but it’s very exciting to think that something like that might at all be possible.

3/2…
With the US program doing “more” was a point of diminishing returns. With the new US routine, for at least the first 6 weeks set, stick with the 3/2 and taking your measurements.

For reference:
LongStretch’s length routine -
30 min extender using stress relaxation every 5 min, increasing tension slightly every 5 min
20 min hanging with heat, I do fulcrum hanging with ultrasound heat
10 min cyclical stretches (15 second build up into stretch , 15 second max tension, 15 seconds rest)

I started with US similar to what Little Engine does, seeing what I could get from an all extender US routine.
For me, I just never saw the length increase from this so I pretty much then went to a copy of LongStretch’s program.

This worked for seeing new length numbers but was very cumbersome having to take the vac cup on and off a number of times so I made some tweaks but tried to 100% maintain the principles (as these were based on Kypra’s research).

My current routine is:
(Note, I have hung 19 pounds for 10 plus hours a week before, so none of the weights below are even near my max)
Warm up - no heat (well, a bit of ceramic IR but that is just because I like it)
Hang Straight Out for 5-7 min using 6 lbs
Hang SO for 5-7 min using 7-1/2 lbs
Hang SO for 5-7 min using 9 lbs
Hang SO for the remainder of the 1/2 hour or 5-7 min, whichever is longer using 10 lbs.

Fulcrum Hang 9 lbs applying US at 2.0 power for 20 min.
Remove the fulcrum and hang SO applying US to 360 degrees of the shaft.

Cool down 15 min of hot water cycle pump slowly build up to 12” Hg (takes 30 sec) hold for 30 sec, relax at 0” Hg for 30 sec.

By the end of the 15 min the hot water is close to room temp.
My reasoning for this adjustment was I wanted to get max blood flow to the unit after the US stretch.
It made sense to me and fit for my routine.

So, just trying to give you some more info but the main base that you want to use is in Kyrpa’s post… this info was more so reading material while you weight on shipping, lol.

Thanks so much for sharing what you’ve learned. Yes I want to hang as well. What kind of hanger are you using? I like the looks of the LG hanger, though it’s crazy expensive and, as I have seen might be an issue with some others, the rubber might get in the way of US. As a secondary heat source and alternative to rice sock, I thought I might get one of these graphene heating pads, in hopes that they really offer good far infrared: https://www.ama … /dp/B07WR511BQ/

Wondering if I should go ahead and pull trigger on a hanger and some lead weights 🤔

LG makes very good equipment but for this application, you will not be using extreme weights (actually fairly light weight) so it may be over kill.
That said… I do recommend the LG sleeves for your cap of choice.

To expose the max area, you will roll the sleeve up to near the end of the cup, hence why you really want a high quality sleeve for this application.

Just got my US today. Will have to play with it over the weekend. Probably going to order a hanger this weekend. One of the problems with using the Penimaster Pro is that heat amplifies edema and I get a lot of swelling with it around the frenulum. A hanger would spread the force out across a much larger area and hopefully cause a lot less trouble. If only the LG was about half the price. All the bits and bobbins really add up and before you know it your paying half a G for a plastic cup and some hardware.

Start easy as Mike did.Keep your fingers below the shaft to feel the heat building when moving the transducer on the top side etc.
Find the way before going full blown.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Sentii,

Did you remember to order US gel?

I should have mentioned it the other day…

I did and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but wasn’t. I should receive it on Monday.

Don´t be shy with it. The contact area should be soaking of it.

Ok good to know. Thanks for the advice.

Just a quick question guys, what do you do with the pulse settings on your US machine?
