My short term goal, for the end of August is an increase of 0.2” length and 0.25” girth. It would be a lot to gain, but hopefully it is reasonable.

In the last two months I have gained 0.04 BPEL and 0.22 EG, and only recently began including stretches and proper warm up. Still lots to learn, think I will stick to the newbie excersices with an occasional squeeze.
Does this seem reasonable?

To me it does seem reasonable as you introduced heat and manual stretching. I would say go on.

Only modification proposed: go for 2 off/1 on instrad of the standard 2on/1off descrived in the newbie routine. My personal experience is that more off days at the beginning of PE is beneficial for growth.

My goals were definitely extremely ambitious.

My erect girth has been extremely inconsistent, and all the gains thus far are purely from increased blood flow and size of corpus spongiosum on the underside of my dick.

Not giving up, but still skeptical that I can improve width of the solid part of my penis. Any feed back or specifics on where anyone has seen increases in girth.


Stats - 22-03-2019 BPEL: 6.87" MEG: 4.13" 15-12-2019 BPEL: 7.00" MEG: 4.20"

Goal for 2020: 4.5" MEG, Consistency in PE, Gym, Sleep Longterm Goal: (?)
