Setting First Goal After 2 Months.
My short term goal, for the end of August is an increase of 0.2” length and 0.25” girth. It would be a lot to gain, but hopefully it is reasonable.
In the last two months I have gained 0.04 BPEL and 0.22 EG, and only recently began including stretches and proper warm up. Still lots to learn, think I will stick to the newbie excersices with an occasional squeeze.
Does this seem reasonable?
