Something that has greatly improved my EQ is beta-alanine taken 45min before. Its a precursor to nitric oxide. As a matter of fact it has worked way better than l arginine for me and almost just as well as cialis.

I had hoped that my own experiences would mirror yours Don … maybe they are under the surface … that being simply that PEing would solve my EQ problems … but it does nt appear to be as straight forwards as that at present

In fact the whole subject area is far from straight forwards … I suspect I have PE as well … thats the bad PE not the good PE … but I won’t know till Ive solve the ED … and just to win a full house at penis problems bingo I would nt be surprised if a little PA is thrown in along with alot of stress, anxiety and worrying on this subject … and alot of general stress, anxiety and worrying … I’m currently dealing with the end of a 2x decade relationship alongside

I ve done alot of reading on the subject … I ve tried to formulate a simple and logical plan

I believe porn and fapping have brought me here along with a tendency to worry more recently along with always rushing about … these are where I am going to start

- NoFap
- Slow down my pace of life
- Reduce my worrying

I’m actually very successful in life … I just find myself struggling with the above atm

My PE (the good PE) is going great and I am a million percent certain I will reach peak sexual health and performance as per this thread title in the not to distant future

I’ll keep documenting in here … and keep educating myself

Over the last 48 hrs I ve noticed an increase in both number of erections and the quality of them … they also seem to be lasting a bit longer … this is good news and a relief

I haven’t really flapped but a handful of times in the last 6 months. It would interfere with my now thriving sex life and my PE goals. I have learned to edge and it helps but misfires can happen. Fine line I’m walking.

I walked that fine line yesterday … its a tough one … with my improving eq yesterday was the first time I could edge properly after a workout … I tend to subscribe to the school of thought it helps with gains … its hard to know what the correct thing to do now is … ill try an edging to assist gains and penis health only strategy for a while … obvs no porn … maybe use imagination to see myself partaking and not observing from the side

In other news I’m passed my old personal best of 10 days noFap … onwards to new milestones

Note to self:

- Do not rush to test for ‘improvements’ … let them come naturally
- Do not rush to achieve new measurements … let them come naturally
- When edging do so with good habits and not bad … and only for enhancing gains and penis health

I’m coming up on a solid 3 months porn free and recently decided to stop masturbating too, as the mental connection I had developed between porn and masturbating made for unnecessary temptation.

I ve been reading up on kegels for months … this last week I ve been focussing my learning on this area especially … jeez it’s hard to get your head around it all but I will persevere

I’m going to add basic kegel holds into my workout routines … as my BC hopefully gets stronger I will continue in my attempts to isolate the different pelvic floor muscles … I understand it takes a fair bit of playing around and testing to achieve this

I suspect I have trained my penis to ejaculate too quickly down the years … I’m hoping this work will help with my ED improvements as well as being the first steps towards improving my stamina down the line

Rock hard erections and a degree of ejaculation control are now at the top of my penis wishlist … it may take some time but I’ll get there

My edging experiment has failed … my pb of 12 days no ejaculation came to an end sadly

I kno it may seem like I am a bit all over but I ve been researching and trying out lots of different theories the last couple of months

After much deliberation I am going for hardmade no pmo … there is an air of inevitability of this

I recently had a weekend away where the female attraction I received was huge … they approached me and gave me all kind of compliments … it was amazing … after being off the market for a very long time it was a very timely confident booster

I really do feel so much better after 7 days … I’ve got much more energy … I’m starting to sleep better … I’m getting more done … before I ended my last 12 day streak I had a weekend away where the female attention I got was unreal … yes I’m working on my appearance, exercising like a champ etc … but the increase in life energy and confidence can be seen in my eyes and how I carry myself … its revelatory

So then … its all a work in progress … trying to figure out what the solutions are to my penis health are

NoPMO … my conclusions

NoPorn is obvious … and rather easy atm in truth … if it comes in to my life on TV or in magazines etc then that’s OK … try to move on … these things can’t be totally avoided

NoOrgasm … straightforwards … again not the hardest part of this atm … controlled masturbation in time is prob OK … anything with a member of the opposite sex is fair game and will be of benefit … but I’m not going looking for the time being

NoFap/Edge/Masturbate … this one is key … it is poor habits in this area combined with porn consumption which I am trying to undo the damage of … I have continued edging … testing and measuring … my conclusion is that my brain wants the dopamine … my potential ED means my body is over kegelling trying to get an erection … in doing so premature ejaculation can be brought upon … deathgrip has an effect on this also

I therefore need to adopt the noTouch policy alongside noPorn … I don’t mind training my brain to real women in real life situations … kissing stroking etc … using my imagination in this way will be allowed … very light touches of my own body are permitted … again to train my mind, brain and body

It has took much researching and experimentation to come to these conclusions … I ve made huge progress so far and my conclusions on noEdging are the final piece of the jigsaw at this particular junction

I will continue my PE workouts as despite the above my gains are coming along brilliantly

Hopefully by Xmas the above will have started to produce results

I look forwards to better times ahead when the fun can really start 😁
