Hey Guys!
So here’s my deal:
Late 30s
Bodyfat probably in low 20s, I have a good 25 lbs to lose, but nothing crazy.
I workout 5-6 times a week and eat pretty healthy.
Yet.. I have EQ and premature ejaculation issues and I’m pretty sure I know why. I’ve abused porn for years, poor masturbation habits, haven’t exercised my cock at all, and no kegels.
I got started on 9/28/15 with the JP90 routine, so I’m almost done with my 3rd week. I already notice improved flaccid length, more veins, and when I had sex last weekend my EQ was a bit better, but not my control, probably lasted 3 minutes. :(
I quit porn & masturbation on the day I got started. I do plan on adding edging (no cumming) in a week or so.
I came to this board from the other, due to HoustonWoods, he’s a real inspiration. I like the discreet name of this board and how there aren’t naked men pumping ADS all in my face. I do plan on becoming a contributing member in due time.
I’m on the fence with buying a Bathmate, but I think I’m going to follow in HoustonWoods’s footsteps with just manual stuff and eventually clamping. If I’m not seeing the results I want, then maybe I’ll revisit the Bathmate idea. I’m also doing this stealth and don’t want anybody stumbling upon a pump.
Here are my goals prioritized:
1. EQ and control
2. Kick my porn habit
3. Length and Girth growth
4. Losing weight around my mid-section (got a gut)
