Backstory: Originally 8” BPEL x 4.5” mseg, gained to 9” BPEL x 6” mseg. Shrunk from disuse to 7” BPEL x 5.2” mseg.
Restarting: 7” BPEL x 5.2” mseg, late 2017.
Current: 8.75” BPEL x 5.8” mseg, late 2019
Goal: 11.5” BPEL x 7” mseg.
My measurements are conservative and based on fluctuating readings. Currently, they alternate between 8.75” and just under 9” erect length and 5.8” and 6.2” middle shaft erect girth. I do not keep track of base girth, which is larger.
Routine:
I pump 20 minutes at 5 inHg every other day.
I hang using a ~.5 lb. Hanger for as many hours as comfortable, when I remember to, which is not often lately.
I’m focusing on length to avoid out growing my hanger and rod type stretcher (which I don’t really use). I don’t jelq, clamp, or do manual stretches as a routine. Periodically, I lightly stretch my penis to see how far it goes past my belly button to visually inspect stretched length. Occasionally, I pump for an hour at 5 inHg for personal enjoyment, but I don’t attribute growth to this and it seems counter productive.
I intend to use this log for notes as well.
