Backstory: Originally 8” BPEL x 4.5” mseg, gained to 9” BPEL x 6” mseg. Shrunk from disuse to 7” BPEL x 5.2” mseg.

Restarting: 7” BPEL x 5.2” mseg, late 2017.

Current: 8.75” BPEL x 5.8” mseg, late 2019

Goal: 11.5” BPEL x 7” mseg.

My measurements are conservative and based on fluctuating readings. Currently, they alternate between 8.75” and just under 9” erect length and 5.8” and 6.2” middle shaft erect girth. I do not keep track of base girth, which is larger.

Routine:
I pump 20 minutes at 5 inHg every other day.
I hang using a ~.5 lb. Hanger for as many hours as comfortable, when I remember to, which is not often lately.

I’m focusing on length to avoid out growing my hanger and rod type stretcher (which I don’t really use). I don’t jelq, clamp, or do manual stretches as a routine. Periodically, I lightly stretch my penis to see how far it goes past my belly button to visually inspect stretched length. Occasionally, I pump for an hour at 5 inHg for personal enjoyment, but I don’t attribute growth to this and it seems counter productive.

I intend to use this log for notes as well.

Sigmoid's hygienic carrier lube

Don’t like scrubbing greasy tubes? Don’t like it when your vegetable oil lube goes rancid? Want to dissolve lipo or hydrophilic substances into your lube?

Ingredients: Glycerin, water, l-arginine powder.

Glycerin has to be diluted with water. Some people find glycerin irritating to skin.

L-arginine was originally added to see if it would increase erection strength, it didn’t have a noticable effect. But I kept using it as an additive to prevent skin from clinging to the tube. I have theories about why it works and think that many different soluble additives of significantly different molecular size, to glycerin or water, would work.

The glycerin, water, arginine ratio I vary between batches. It has different properties depending on the ratios. Most of the time I use a recipe of 3 oz. glycerine, 1 oz. distilled water, and 2 teaspoons of arginine powder.

I add menthol crystals in alternating batches. The menthol increases the strength of erections for me, but I develop a tolerance to it so it has to be cycled. I dissolve as much menthol as will dissolve, the rest crystalizes at the top of the bottle.

I use a hot water bath to dissolve the arginine and menthol initially. I use a hot water bath instead of microwaving it to avoid microwave racemization, which may or may not have an effect on the final lube.

I experiment with adding other things to the lube, I’ll update my notes if I find something useful and remember to.

This lube is like maple syrup, but is easily removed by water. I keep a bucket of water near me while pumping to rinse my hands. Otherwise it is very messy. It also doesn’t taste too bad.

Coconut oil is the best in my opinion. Rinses easy and leaves the skin soft and supple.

Sigmoid's Ankle Sock Warmer

The warmer the penis, the better the blood flow, right?

I use ankle socks, the kind that only come up to your ankle, and cut across the heel. The penis goes in the body of the sock, the scrotum and testicles go through the slit in the heel of the sock, which holds the sock in place.

I flip the sock inside out so the stitching side is facing out.

I use this when it’s cold or post pump if circulation is spotty. You can also cut the end off the sock to use it to cover the penis while wearing a hanger. As long as it’s not bunched up, it doesn’t significantly change your bulge profile so you can wear it outside without problems.

I’m now confidently 9”. My measurements are currently fluctuating between a bit under 9.25” and 9”. I’ve been gaining girth to test a hypothesis on length gains.

Routine:

I have been testing many different hypotheses around pump parameters over the past few months. I’ve tested dynamic pumping, which I did not find to be useful except for restoring blood flow post pump. I’ve tested low vacuum pressure static pumping at 1 inHg for many hours at a time, which I think still may be worth investigating further because post pump erection quality is better. Neither of these methods seemed to produce a breakthrough for growth.

I’m now preparing to test a hypothesis about switching from wider diameter tubes to thinner diameter tubes to increase erect length. My intention is to gain girth to 6.25” mseg using larger diameter tubes then switch to a 2” diameter tube. I think it is possible that girth can be converted to length while retaining the same penile volume using a penis pump cylinder that significantly constricts girth-wise expansion. The theory of tube packing is well known to the community, this is merely an investigation into the extreme parameters of tube packing.

Skepticism is warranted, it’s just a hypothesis for the time being and most of the hypotheses I’ve tested weren’t supported by my results. It’s just the nature of discovery. There’s value in checking a hypothesis off your list. If we can debunk various hypotheses to the satisfaction of the community, people will invest more time in unexplored avenues and we’ll get a clearer picture of the best PE practices faster.

Building up a body of evidence showing it works would be great, but a body of evidence showing it doesn’t work would also be good. That’s what makes this forum so great, so many people making independent decisions to test different PE hypotheses and reporting back the results.
