Thanks, TD. Hopefully, that 1 week will help cement my current gains. Would you recommend stopping all PE workouts on decon break? I was considering stretching and pulling 10-15 minutes a day during that week.

I got my first blister today. I decided to tape using microfoam rather than micropore tape. Big Mistake!

Hang today again BTC about 15min of the 40min session. BTC is quite strenuous. I can feel the stretch.Hopefully, this will result in better workout and leads to quicker gains. Well after today, no more hanging for a week. Vacation couldn’t come at a better time. Blister should heal by the time I’m back.

I think the idea is to let your connective tissues soften as much as possible, so a total break from everything is recommended. If you lose a small increment of length on the week off it isn’t permanent and you’ll regain that easily and quickly shoot past it. My understanding is that in order to keep the weights low, the session times relatively short and the gains coming then one has to give the tissues a total rest so they don’t keep toughening up and requiring more and more intensity to get smaller incremental results.

I’m no expert, since I just incorporated this technique, but everyone who follows it takes regular 1-2 week breaks (or more) on a regular basis, like every 6-8 weeks. I took eight days off at the end of last month and logged a gain for the month despite the break. I did my official measurement about a week after the decon break.

Back to PE as usual today. Fire Hang 40min and 20min Pump. I also have the Apex Extender in hand now. Going forward, the ideal routine would be Fire Hang 40min-1hr, Pump in the morning, and extend with Apex for another 40min-1hr in the evening. Measure again this morning and still at 5.3/4" after the much-needed week off. However, It wasn’t 100% deconditioned as I did some quick manual stretches during that time.

I am looking for a great PE week ahead now that I can employ the Apex into my routine.

Today, extend with the Apex for the first time for about 30 minutes after my vac fire hanging. Hoping to be able to follow the routine if Fire Hang and pump in the moring and Apex extend in the evening.

It has been a while since I updated here. I am still going hard at it every day without any skipped days since the previous update. Same routine, Morning: Vac Fire Hang 40min and air pump with cock band for 20min in the morning. Evening: Apex Extend 30-40min.

My goal is to stick to this routine with 100min of daily PE at 5-6 days/week.

Progress Report:

I measured today right after 40min Hang and 20min pump. I am stoked to report that it grew again. My measurements were:

BPEL: 5" 7/8’
EG: 5" 1/8’

I am still stunned at how this is turning out. It’s surreal to me. I put in a lot of PE work and surrounded myself with the community. I 100% understand that his shit work but still damn awestruck. I also hit the gym 6 days/week, so that must help a lot as well.

I am absolutely positive I should hit my 6" goal by EOY if I stick to my proposed PE Routine.

Last night wife mentioned me hitting the wall. I smiled inside, brushed it off, and did not say anything. However, I can’t recall hitting her wall as I don’t think I’m long enough at the moment. Possibly, I may be touching the UID, and that pushed against her wall. I did feel a razor-sharp pain around the right side of my glan, possibly from making contact with the UID.

It was pleasing to hear and an ego boost. Definitely will not stop PE anytime soon now.

Hit my short-term goals today. Officially in the 6inch club boys. Measured a while ago and, no doubt, hit the 6-inch mark (BPEL) and held it. This PE thing is surreal. I should have stayed the course back in 2008. 15 years late but better late than never. Next stop 7in by EOY 2024.

Although my last post here was over a month ago, I have never stopped going hard at PE and am wholly committed. Yesterday was my 1st missed day off in over 3 weeks. I have been hanging (w/fire) for 60-90 min daily and pumping (w/heat) 20-30 min daily. I have hit 6in in the pump for a couple of weeks now but never outside the tube. My 6in BPEL measurement today was taken about 6 hrs after today’s PE with an EQ of around 90%.

The lack of updates here is primarily due to going to Reddit for my daily PE info and updates fixes, and it’s a lot more convenient and allows me to get my other news updates.

I’ll update here more often as TP is more friendly and helpful and provides more accurate information than any other place

Thanks to everyone here for helping me reach my short-term goal. Here to 2024 and another 1in.
