I am starting my PE journey again and will be taking this very seriously this time.

I discovered PE in 2008 and did some basic jelqing for a few months but didn’t take it that seriously due to lack of time. I got an extender; it was the SizeGenetic model at the time. I tried it and was not very comfortable and ended up trashing it. The internet was in its infancy in 2008, so I was unsure if people were honest about their results.

Fast forward to today. I will be taking PE seriously this time around. This time I actually believe that one can change their physique by exercising the muscles. I hit the gym in the last six years and got some nice gains (100% natty) which makes me believe in muscle growth and PE.

Starting Measurements:
EL: 5.0" EG: 5.25"

I picked up the Bathmate Extreme, Leluv Maxi Pump, and Quick Extender Pro this past week.

I work from home, so I can dedicate time to PE.

* I will be using the Bathmate 3x/week (5 min x3 sessions)
* Leluv Pump 3-4x / week when not using the Bathmate (10-20min sessions)
* Quick Pro Extender 2-4 hrs/day x 5 days/week.

I’ve been using a generic extender for a year now and have gained over an inch in length and about a quarter inch in girth. I’ve added a little manual stretching and jelquing in there too. I’ve recently started water pumping with a bathmate, using it as a warmup to extending. It allows me to extend at least a quarter inch farther than if my penis were cold. After a several month plateau, I’m moving again. I would definitely suggest trying the pumping as a warmup to your extending. I think you’ll see some fast results.

Thanks, man. That looks like a great idea and makes a lot of sense. It’ll help with the stretch and blood flow. My primary goal is length, and I’mI’d like to gain that as fast as possible.

Has anyone tried the length master sold on MOS?

Very similar story here. My story 11 years later is that this time I am doing Ulis and using coconut oil fro Jelqs.


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

Welcome Sizeup7. Good that you did not forgot about your PE goals! I have similar story but actually I think last time I overdo it. Your plan is looking good, also planing to add my old extender for 2-4h but for now just feeling the BM. Good luck and some nice gains!

I’ve been using the Quick Extender Pro for a few hours/per day for the last few days. I will be modifying my QEP to match CurryLingu’s recommendation which seems to be more comfortable to wear for longer period.

8.26 Update. I"’m still at it and have been at it daily since my commitment date. I have been using the Bathmate for 15-20 min, followed by a few hours of Quick Extender Pro and 10-20 min of Dry Pump.

I"’m adding some stretching as well now. Whenever I recall or after pissing, I pull it a bit in every direction for 30-60 seconds.

Hi Sizeup7 !

My starting measurements:
6.7 x 5.4 (2014) so, everything is possible if you do (good work) for a long period (months-years)
Perseverance is an important quality to have for P.E.

I’m not an expert but I personally think that best device for length would be hanger. I don’t have the time and privacy to do that but if you have I would definitely do the hanging + some heating. I’m leaving hanging for myself as my last resort for PE.

Progress update. Started at 5 BPEL. I’m happy to say I’m now 5.5 BPEL, but there is something to celebrate until I’m at least 6 BPEL. There are no Girth Gains yet, but I do prefer length over girth at the moment.

Took ten days to travel at the end of August, but have been going hard the past week.

I also picked up the Apex Extender and an eBay ADS device. I have heard great things about the Apex. I hope this will propel me to 6 by eoy.

Currently, for my length workout, I do a 5x1min interval Stretch: Straight, Left, Right, Down, and BTC, and then finish off with a 15-minute dry pump.

I’m optimistic. I am in great shape and have hit the 5-6 times/week for seven years. PE will require the same time and attention to hit my goal.

I agree. I was heavily leaning toward hanging but picked up an Apex Extender, which can do both hanging and high-intensity extending. What type of routine would you recommend for hanging?

Hanging with FIRe

The theory comes from Kyrpa, who’s theoretical work is linked in the above post.

The consistency of results that guys report from this approach is pretty impressive. After years of on and off hanging without a real program design I’m planning on embarking on it myself after my current decon period ends.

Most guys prefer a vacuum hanger set up for ease of use during this program where you incrementally add small weights during the session and use a warming pad or US. Some guys hang down, others straight out with an under-desk pulley set up. Results seem to come in either case.

In terms of extenders, also an option if you can figure out resistance values, which are important to know while undertaking this approach. I pre-ordered the Best Extender, which is compatible with vacuum cups and compression hangers, and has markings on the spring chambers to give an accurate idea of spring weight tension, so that might be an alternative option if you want to go the extender route. It is supposed to ship later this month. I can’t vouch for it yet, obviously, but the design is interesting and it isn’t crazy expensive.
