It’s fairly well established that heat seems to have the most efficacy immediately prior to and immediately after PE exercises (and during PE if you can swing it). Perhaps it’s due to the additional plasticity/expansion it enables but as with most things PE, there isn’t a definitive explanation,…

Anecdotally, my gains didn’t start until I began applying heat prior to PE (of course we tend to make multiple changes to our routines so heat wasn’t the only thing I changed), and at the same time when I do stretches thru the day, I can’t heat my tissues, so go figure.

I can tell you I used a lot of heat down there following some painful surgeries years ago and noticed no changes in the size department but I also wasn’t PE’ing - would’ve been an interesting experiment (although I could’ve cared less that I had a dick at the time). Will be looking forward to updates if you pursue the idea of heating your unit in between your PE routines (although hard to know if it’s helping without controls, right?).

I’ve always done about 10 “piss pulls” at a time now and then thru my day since I began PE, but in doing no PE whatsoever (including no piss-pulls) during week-long and months-long deconditioning breaks with no appreciable loss of gains, I have come to believe that for me anyway, I should fully leave my unit alone (including heating things) when I’m in decon and presumably in a repair phase although my mind games me that I should be doing something to “preserve gains”. I’ve finally landed on resisting the temptation and letting things “heal” which has worked fairly well for me. Good luck RR!

Had another good workout yesterday. The only change I made was adding an additional small set of stretches after jelqing and then did another small set of jelqing after that, maybe 50-75. It went well. I’m trying to focus on length so I did them at approx 50% erection level, my unit was well fatigued by the end. I’ve notice a nicer flaccid hang today. All good things. Rest day today and back on the grind tomorrow!

Another update. I missed my workout last Friday and then didn’t do anything Saturday or Sunday. Picked back up yesterday with the regular workout and did it again today. I split it up into two sessions today though, one in the morning and one after I went to the gym. I was struggling with too much of an erection during the first workout and was able to keep my erection level low for the second one. I felt like I got some great jelqs in and I also noticed the base of my unit seemed very fatigued, perhaps from the stretching I did today. It just felt like there was a lot less tension I guess where my dick meets my pubic bone. Maybe it’s a good sign, idk? I’m chilling with a rice sock on my unit now and plan to take tomorrow off then pick back up Thursday.

I’ve also been looking into getting magnesium or zinc pills to try and boost my T levels a bit. I’ve been inconsistent with my gym routine and that definitely doesn’t help but I’m looking for a little extra push in the testosterone department. Just something I’m considering, don’t know if I’ll follow thru.

I also have a couple months supply of VigRX laying around and wonder if taking these could add to penis circulation and help with gains? I’ve heard many negative things about pills on this website and tend to agree but the pills have to do something right? They can’t just sell pills that do nothing, right?? If anybody has any input it is surely welcomed. The order also came with Semenax, a pill that supposedly increases how much you ejaculate, but I’ve never tried it as I masturbate MAYBE once a week and already consistently bust an absolute mess of a load =)

Update

So this is my fourth week, as of next Saturday it marks a month. Woohoo! For me that’s a bit of a milestone considering I’ve been PEing with consistency all throughout.

Unfortunately though, I was experiencing an erection in the shower this morning and noticed my unit seemed to be roughly 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch shorter than usually. No pain or discomfort or anything, and my unit actually feels stronger in a way, not like my EQ is better or anything but my physical penis seems to be stronger idk. I was super disappointed in the apparent loss of length. I’ve been stretching a lot and have been heating before and after. I’ve also been jelqing with low erection level so I don’t know what to attribute it to. It kinda sucks. But I’m still going to keep up with working out and hope it changes soon. I’m considering remeasuring at either the end of this week, the 6 week mark, or the 8 week mark. I’m leaning towards the 8 week mark to really give as much time for gains before making a judgement. We shall see. I have a regular workout today, tomorrow off then Thursday and Friday. I’ll be back with an update. Peace!

I’m not gone yet! I did 3 or 4 days on this week, didn’t do anything yesterday, and am gonna do PE today. I’ve been consistent for a little over a month now. Seen minimal results but that’s normal after a month. I’m gonna keep it up for another month or two months and hope I see results. Doing PE and not seeing results is sobering and has really made me start to feel self conscious about the time I’m devoting to growing my unit. Results would probably change this feeling but it’s still kinda weird any way you put it, carving out 30 min to and hour to heat my dick. Pull it, tug it, stroke, then heat it again. I’m gonna continue though. Hoping some results aren’t too far down the road.
