Yesterday was a rest day and so is today. I’m excited to start back up tomorrow.
I had a couple thoughts though:
It seems now every time I’m in the shower or even after I urinate and have my dick in my hands, I get the urge to do a few quick stretches. Should I try and avoid this? I don’t know how extreme you guys are on rest days but I feel like a quick downward or outward stretch a couple time throughout the day couldn’t hurt. But I also feel like I should be giving my unit a complete break on my rest days and not straining it at all. I don’t know..
And also, when doing kegals do people just try and contract the PC muscle or do an entire pelvic floor contraction? I used to really just contract the PC muscle and I couldn’t really edge very long and I also have suffered from premature ejaculation for about a year and a half now and just the other night I began starting my contraction more towards the anus and following through to the PC muscle and I felt as if I was actually KINDA able to control my urge to ejaculate. I’ve also been doing some stretching and minor yoga recently so perhaps that helped too. But this more “full” engagement of the pelvic floor muscles has seemed to be beneficial in the short amount of time I have been experimenting with it.
I only really masturbate/edge once a week, if not less, so I haven’t tried again since but eh, I was happy to say the least. Premature ejaculation has really sucked, it was SO embarrassing to bust in under 10 seconds with my ex girlfriend. Let to a lot of fingering/oral and blowjobs which ain’t so bad but still, feeling like you can’t have sex and experience her whole body and all that because you’re way too embarrassed really is a blow to one’s self esteem. At least for me it was.
I’ve done enough ranting but yea, any thoughts are appreciated.
