So today’s PE session wasn’t very good at all, I wanted to move up from 375 jelqs to 400 but because my dick just wasn’t cooperating, I got frustrated and stopped at 300. This goes for the stretches too, though I managed to make it through those, flexing just wasn’t as effective today as it was before. It’s like my dick was actively doing the opposite of what it was supposed to. Getting erect when I stretch and too flaccid when I jelq when it should be the other way around. That being said I’ll decide if I’ll finish the remaining 100 jelqs today or just start again from 0 tomorrow. Thing has a mind of its own I swear.

This is my second day of no fap and my first time doing PE again since starting it so it might have something to do with that.

My last session was way better this time, I was able to move up to 400 jelqs and 60 seconds a stretch. Yesterday was a rest day so today I will start up again.

I must admit I am not too confident in the changes that might have occurred in my size. I don’t know if it was a mismeasurment or not, to me my dick doesn’t look different at all but then again it didn’t look very different when I got the larger measurement either. I’ll keep going in my routine and find out in two weeks or a month. I’ll keep hoping for the best in the mean time. I may have to either get a stretcher or a waterpump.

Look at your state, I feel you are doing useless work. Like you, I returned to PE in just 4 days, an increase of 2mm. I believe what I am doing now is completely correct.

I suggest you stop first and take a good look at some high-quality articles in this forum. You must have missed some important information.

Thanks man I’ll give it a go, what articles did you have in mind? I just finished my routine for today and for some reason I can’t shake the feeling that I’m doing something wrong so your help is very much appreciated.

I ve been reading these forums ferociously for most of this year and I am still picking up new stuff all the time … there is a knack to it which cannot be explained but must be stumbled upon by each member … trial and error and luck are required

Also it would take me all day to complete 400x high quality jelqs


2003 - 6.2x5.0

After measuring today I have gained 2mm so i might rethink that break. There are 15 days left in this month so i will continue on as previously scheduled and will make my measurements then. I am still on the fence about purchasing equipment because sometime early 2022 I will have to stop PE in its entirety for a good 2 months. The good news is if i do decide on buying equipment then I already know that I will want to get a vacuum hanger and after that 2 months or so is over I may have all the privacy I’ll need to buy even more equipment.

I might be overworking then but I do remember the newbie routine saying to increase jelq time to 30 minutes. And in order to do that i increased the number of strokes I do and the whole routine (stretches included) takes me about an hour give or take going to 400.

Things are going well, I haven’t seen an increase just yet this month but that’s fine because I plan on purchasing equipment in the next couple of weeks. I plan on starting with a vacuum hanger and once I get to a good point with that I’ll add a water pump to the equation.

I was doing 400 Jelqs daily in addition to my standard pump routine. I just beat my penis senseless and wore it out. Also started to get discoloration. Got sick and was forced to take two weeks off, and restarted with pumping only. Discoloration is already gone and my pumping sessions improved greatly. I was overtraining. I will start back with 50 jelqs and monitor for bad pi’s and discoloration. You my be overtraining too.

Thanks for the insight, I’ll tone it down in that case too and aim for 100-200 instead and see where that goes.

Hello hello, sorry I haven’t posted in a while I wanted to see what would happen if I stopped PE for a few weeks. While I was away I thought about what the most efficient routine for me would be since I will have to stop PE in about 2 months and wondered if I should buy equipment or not. With some help I came to the conclusion that I should hold off on buying equipment until I am able to continue my PE after I am finished with my business. Now when I do have to stop I wont be able to continue PE for about two months so I wanted to try a little test to get a good estimation on what will happen to my progress during the break and it looks like I will revert back to my original size. All hope isn’t lost though, though the reversion cannot be avoided I do have an idea of what I want my routine to look like moving forward and after the break is over. Now, with the remaining amount of time I have I will continue my routine that looks like this:

Heat for a few minutes
Downward stretch: 1 minute
Upward stretch: 1 minute
Left downward stretch: 1 minute
Right downward stretch: 1 minute
Left Sideways stretch: 1 minute
Right sideways stretch: 1 minute
Rotor stretch clockwise: 4 sets of 15 seconds
Rotor stretch counterclockwise: 4 sets of 15 seconds
V stretches: 30 seconds on each sector
Jelq: 200 strokes
Kegels: 50
Warm down via heat pad and shower afterwards.

Now after those two months if my situation allows it I will buy equipment like a water pump and a hanger to either replace the stretches and jeqls or to use them with the routine but I will cross that bridge once I get to it.
