Spoon Progress: New Beginning To The End

I’ve been doing PE for about a month now but haven’t seen any improvement in my size yet so it looks like I’m not going to be one of the lucky ones (Ain’t that a bitch). This is fine because I am not under any pressure to increase my size super quick as long as I see consistent progress. Today marks the beginning of my second month in PE and I have decided to do the entire newbie routine instead of only stretches. This will also include me using a heating pad instead of using the hot shower water to warm up from now on and I’ll also try to tackle more stretches. From here on measuring myself will be every 2 weeks instead of once a month to see if my changes are working. I’ve been told to stop doing the newbie routine once I stop seeing gains but what if I never see any in the first place? Well that’s just a bridge I’ll have to cross if I end up there. Cheers my dudes, let’s hope we all get what we are looking for in not just our dicks but our lives as well.

Let the marathon begin - Flowsky's progression

So I am now 2 weeks in. I’ll admit for the past two weeks I haven’t done the routine because I felt discouraged but this time I’m going to do it right. Today I used the hot wrap instead of using shower water and I did all the simple manual stretches along with the jelqing and the keels. Plan to use the shower as a warm down. I’ll continue this 2 days on and 1 day off from now on and I’ll continue to make an update every two weeks.

2 releases is what I am aiming for per week. I plan on doing it once every time I get an off day, until then on my PE days I will probably just edge after my warm downs.

So about two more weeks have gone by and I have not seen any improvements. I don’t exactly know what I am doing wrong this time unfortunately. The stretches I do are the ones that are shown in the simple stretch video and I jelqed for 300 reps last time I did it, I add a bit more jelqs each session. Moving forward I think I am going to keep on increasing my jelqs and maybe squeeze harder when doing the stretches. Since I am still a newbie I don’t know what stretching the ligs feels like as opposed to stretching just the skin. I have also been using a heating pad as well as a warm up. Hopefully I figure this out soon.

Ive earnt in my shirt PE career that you never stop learning at this game … and you should never stop reading and reading and reading this forum … a set of universal instructions that everyone can follow just does nt exist … when you keep reading you constantly unearth new nuggets of info which prove useful … we each also have to get a feel for how it works … our own unique feel

After that its belief, discipline and patience

I’ll definitely give it more time, I don’t feel like I should buy any devices just yet but when the time comes hopefully they will make a difference. I’ll also look for new stretches.

AAAAY YO It works!! I’ll admit I came into this a bit skeptical but still kept an open mind. Well good news today boys! I did my second measurement and saw that I gained .25”!! I’m squealing bro. I am so grateful that I have found this place. I am still not to sure about my girth and if that increased or not but at the moment I will continue to focus on length. Thank you guys for everything and I will keep you updated as time goes on. Cheers! (Let’s hope this wasn’t a miss measurement or something temporary)

I’m on a rest day right now just chilling, I’m thinking about still using the hot wrap because I’ve been wondering if active resting works better then passive resting. So far today I think I might just leave it alone all together. When I measured my length I was so excited to see growth that I forgot to measure girth but I’m not as worried about girth at the moment, my meat looks slightly thinker but I can’t truly tell.

So with October coming to a close I will be entering my 3rd month of PE, I admit ya boy has been choking the chicken a lot so starting tomorrow I am going to participate in NNN and see if that helps in my progress. To be honest I have looked it up a few times to see if masturbation negatively effects PE but I have come to a lot of mixed conclusions. Seeing that I have had progress with PE with my own eyes while masturbating it should be interesting to test for myself whether abstaining from battling my one eyed snake will make a difference or not. Hopefully I can keep making progress toward mighty morphing from an average dick to a missile dick.

I’m doing NNN as well … tho I am already on day 7 as of today … I really think some of the best advice a bloke can get is to stop porn and stop masturbating until your bran is reset … minimal masturbating thereafter imo

I wish I had done this years ago … dare I say decades ago

Thank you very much for your encouragement. Hopefully both of our NNNs are successful. I’ll keep posting my progress here and any ideas that I have that could help with the PE process. I appreciate it my dude.

So for a while now I have had a problem when it comes to doing stretches. Throughout the session I have found my penis getting erect despite me not wanting it to, which is natural considering how much I am touching it when stretching. So something that helped me stay flaccid was flexing my muscles. The idea was to try to get the blood flow away from my dick so that I could continue stretching and if that didn’t work then hopefully the focus I would put into flexing would make me flaccid anyway. During my last PE session I tried this and I think that it worked pretty well so if you have the same problem I did I think you should give this a shot.
