Stanner Extender And Combo Log.

Time flys and I’m still extending trying my best to get 4hrs in the extender every day. Some times I can only get 3 rarely I get more than 4 hours in.

Lately I noticed a big difference in my girth. Well big difference for me because I gotten to notice my penis very well.

Only thing I can think of is my daily use of the bathmate. I platoed with no real change in girth awhile back. But I never stop using the bathmate. I just keep using it. Manly for the increase circulation and better eq.

Well lately my over all girth has been bigger. And best part staying that way longer.

I also added length to the extender bars. Now I use two small bars and one longer bars on each side. I got some gains but nothing crazy. It seems like I’m getting a steady 1/18th in flaccid length every month in a half. Not much but I’ve been extended since last summer. And that 1/18th is starting to add up.

Erect length is tougher for me to measure. Mostly because my eq is not where it was. I wish I could really fix my eq and Ed problem. But at best I’m at ok EQ.

Well main thing is I never quit and I don’t see my self quiting any time soon. Especially when I do get rock hard my penis looks on the big side.

Looking for Ward to see what kinds of gains I can get from adding bars to my set up.

I really appreciate that your here with your excellent post and progress threads. And all the help and advice you give us members.
Im in a nice groove right now extending and doing my shower routine. Even though I been feeling under the weather.
I got extending sessions in even on Thanksgiving.
I’m getting used to the longer bars set up that I’m currently using. And all ready thinking of the day when I can add more length.
I so much hate that I get knock off extenders from Allie express. But for the price that’s a great way to get more rods and replacement parts. I’m such a cheapskate.
Just dreaming ahead but I’m hoping by February I’ll move up my length set up. Not sure what combo of small and long bars to use. But I been collecting them and have enough to figure it out. If not I’ll order another extender.

Well advice to new extender users. I say stick it out. Gains will be slow and even stall. Wearing the extender will never get comfortable. You start to question your self. But gain will come as long as you put in the time.
Extending not for people looking for results in months. Mostly it’s about a year just to get your setup right. Then it’s a slow steady crawl to gains.
I hope my experience helps fellow extenders. Looking forward to dec 15 and I’ll do some measurements. I got a feeling I got gains. Let’s see if they materialize on the ruler

Working in extending sessions when ever I get a chance. And I can feel the pay with my current setup. With out dialing out the extender I notice less tension. That’s a great sign and now I’m dialing out the extender to about 5 cranks.
I ending up ordering another jes knock off. Mostly for the rods but also can use it for replacement parts. Also I got a cheap air vacuum pump. Mosty to mess around again with pumping. I haven’t had a pump since the very first time I actually tried to increase my size. That’s probably 18 years ago. It should arrive by the end of the year. I’ll post my thoughts and progress on pumping also.

I can’t believe i extended the whole 2019. I so much hate the extending process but I love the results. I wonder where I’ll be at if I keep extending through all of 2020 also.

Well a update I pushed the intensity and got hurt. Under very high tension in the extender I got a skin tear just below the glans where I attach with the nylon noose.
Because of the location of the tear my whole extender program is derailed.

I tried doing a day off but that not enough to fully heal. And I’m currently trying to use less tension. That too is not working as wanted. At the tear spot I reopen it a couple times. And because of the tear I’m not able to get any real extending in like I’m used to.

I’m using my progress t thread as a wake up call to go on a injury break. I so much don’t want to do it. But I find my self going back wards right now with actually not gaining any thing since the injury.

Side note I pick up a air pump 5 days ago. It was my personal Christmas present and I love it. Doing a ten minute session to Max erection. Then short 5 minute session after wards. So far I notice a difference especially with better eq.

I’m not pushing the pressure to much I’m just using my Max erection as a guide to stop adding vacuum. Still pretty intense and I’m thinking of taking a extending break for a week and just do pumping and manual stretching.

Let’s see how this goes

Well took a week off from extending and let the tear heal. I’m back at it with less tension. That injury made it impossible to extend so I have to be careful.

I really injoy the vacuum pump but I over did something this past few days.

I don’t think I used to much pressure but my penis look all rough up. Yesterday it had like stretch mark all up and down the shaft. And today it’s really chaff up. I remember once I got something like this when I masterbate with soap.

I can only think it’s after using the pump I went into the extender. There was tension on the skin. but I put that to not extending for a week.

I need to research if mixing pumping and extending has given any one else problems.

Did a lot of experimenting and deep thinking. with what causes all my trouble this last few months. With the amount of injury’s I am experiencing.

Here what I can’t I can figure out. When I tried to add to much length with the longer bars. Yes I was just able to get the added extension. But the strain is to much at the contact point with the noose type extender I use. Worse I tried extending through the injury. And that led to the skin tear at the only contact point of the extender.
Only solution was to take a break and see if I could heal. Honestly right now I’m able to extend again but I’m not sure I’m heal enough to go for Max extension like I was. Still I’m back in the extender.
The other problem is mixing a vacuum pump with extending. So far I’m getting great results except that the skin of my shaft is will get all rough up.
Resemble very bad dry skin. Now im thinking it’s the fact my shaft skin is getting stretch in two different ways.
But lately this effect is lessening I’m hoping it’s at this rate my skin adjust and it goes away.
