I hoping this set up will get more quality time from my extending sessions. Since my windows can get small. This will help get more bang for the time in.

One thing I play with is trying to hold tension levels with reduced strap compression. I’m currently set at 2 and 4 notches showing on the glans side of the strap. This is an improvement over my prior setting, which was 2 and 3, if that makes sense.

I haven’t wrote down my current routine but I think now a good time. Maybe later I’ll best describe the way I use the extender

My PE day starts with my first shower. I like to chub up and use the bathmate. Take a regular shower with the bathmate on. In the shower I like to do lite jelp session and some AM. Finished up out side with some manual stretching well I’m drying. All this takes no longer than 20 minutes. I call this my shower routine and try to do this every time I shower. That can be twice a day or a couple of times 3 times.

The next thing I do is try to get 4 hours extending. When I extend I do manual stretching sometimes for just a minute. Others I do about 5 to 8 minutes manually stretching before or after going into the extender.

Extending wise I’m all over the place with how much time or tension a session will be. The ones thing I don’t do is push longer than a hour. It’s too scary to go past and risk loss of circulations. Other factor is the quality of my strap in. If that not good that will cut my session short. Then there too much tension and my penis is hurting every where.

The only other pe thing I do is that I use white sports tape for my setup. I tape up below my glans past my circumsision scar. Well when out of the extender the tape gives me a light ads effect. I actually don’t know if that’s doing any thing. But I think it makes a difference.

And that’s what I currently do daily. I don’t like taking breaks and they only times I miss are from family event.

Gains are mostly in my bpfsl and flaccid hang. Bpel is very slowly moving but it is moving. Also girth is slowly getting bigger and that I attribute to the shower routine.

Hopefully I get some gains anywhere my stats chart. Honestly I think bpel is slowing down that’s why I’m not looking for gains there. These last few days the extender is feeling less tension. at my previous dail out marks so I’m thinking I could up the tension soon. My maybe that would equal some kind of gain. I’m currently dialing out 5 cranks with 2 full bars on each side.

So another goal is

Dial out 10 cranks

How did you eventually fix your ED issue? When I have 100% erection, I am over 6.5” but my eq sucks usually and am stuck at 6”

I do take petid Cialis and Viagra that help. Try not to live off that stuff though. Still I didn’t have a break through not to use those things until I I’ll implemented the bathmate with my shower routine. Now I go weeks with out taking and petids.
I do many types of pe in a day. but I believe chubbing up to a erection with only imagination. I do this every time I shower and at the end of my extending day. This has made it easier to get hard.
But I do get set backs especially when I start to abuse porn to much.
Lastly my current routine in general is having me work my penis through out the day. I remember when before I started PE and my Ed was at its worse. my penis will feel stiff and cold. now it’s really stretchy and warm and plump.

Today I had some alone time and I abused porn to the point where I know it’s going to have a negative effect. I’m one of those guys that take a libido hit when I over use porn. And especially take a hit when I ejaculate. I did that today and I feel guilty manly because I was doing so good. I have to stay in control a know that pushing to far will hurt my progress.

Today not a wash though I busted out the cable clamp and that went good. And I did a extending session. but this was different because I was nude in the bed. I was able to massage the shaft of the penis during the whole session. Made a big difference and it felt like the extender was doing it’s job better. Hard to explain but I know I’m going to try and mix this technique in as much as possible. And also got to shower routine in. So now I’m trying to finish the day with a few more extending sessions.
Even though I got a set back I’m not going to that ruin the rest of my PE day.

Yesterday I had a loss of motivation and skipped my last extending session on the day. Maybe it’s not a big deal but I think I need to journalize this.

A skip session now can lead into a skipped day. And skipped day leads into a month. Then next thing you know your pretty much quiting. And for me all the negative things like Ed start to creep back in. And I’m hating my self because I’m losing size and can’t get hard.

I’m not going to let this happen and go back in that path.

I’m currently riding a great wave in my PE career. And I can’t let this wave come crashing down.

I’m now a firm believer in using a extender in a combo routine. My gains are not much but there are gains. And after trying to gain size for so many years. Now I’m finally making progress and have yet seen a slow down in changes. And I’m able to get erect like don’t have Ed.

So unless there a plan window when I’m not going to extend our my combo routine. I’m not going to skip anything if time allows.

So here I am in the extender getting time in and no more skipping.

You know it will be worth it and you sure don’t want to experience bad EQ again if you can avoid it. A bigger penis is secondary to good EQ.

Exercise both penis and body combined with good food will make a difference.

Matter of fact I’m trying to get healthy right now also. Trying to eat right is all most as tough a extending.

You are so right about having good EQ. I’m at a nice point in my life. Where I don’t worrying about not being able to get up.

Checking in still extending and haven’t missed a day off the routine when it’s not a family day.

I feel I got a good setup going on and I’m getting gains. Only down side my eq is lower and gotta figure out how I can improve that.

All most measuring time and I’m kinda nervous for what I’m going to get.

All my messing around measuring have been positive. And I hit one of my goals and dialing out the extender 10 cranks.

So far I haven’t missed a pe day and my current set up is working out ok.

Did have a rub raw look and my penis head but that gone now. I was worried about it was from maybe circulations loss. So I eased up the tension for a few days.

It’s fine but stuff like that do scare me. And I have keep reminding me self to stay in 1 hour sets.

Things that I notice are the two full bars on each side. Now give little tension on the springs when I don’t dial out. I remember when I first went to two full bars I thought my penis was going to rip off.

Ten cranks out is a good place for tension. I diffently feel it but it’s not so high that it hurts right away. And I have to take the extender off. Still 10 cranks is pushing it so I have to be careful. Even After my measuring day on the 15th. I want to stay at 10 cranks for a extra week. Hopefully I can add 1 more crank a week and by next measuring day I’ll be at 14 cranks.

Eq is not so great and I find it tough to get a raging hard. I do get hard but it’s not the most erect I can get. I really need to focus on this. Because the few times I do get a raging hard on. It’s a very big difference in penis size.

I think extending like I have has given me the potential to be bigger. But with out excellent eq i won’t really see ether added gains.

Well 2 more days till measuring I’m ready for some kind of gains

Back off the intensity and the big erections will follow.

I’m still at it. Missed only days that are with the family. Getting about 3 hours a day in extender. Hoping to up the motivation and get back in the swing of things.
