Stanner Extender And Combo Log.

The way I use this Jes type knock off extender is with a homemade Velcro strap. I wrap a certain way that when done perfect the strap not move. Today I done the perfect wrap and there a big difference to how the extender is working. I’ll do a drawing hopefully it will explain better.

I’m kinda bummed because it’s very rare that I could repeat this prefect wrap and strap in.

I tried to quit porn and I just couldn’t. I’m so wired up that when I start thinking about about hot girls. My thing right now is tiny waist and a big ass. I’ll eventually start looking up something on my phone. Because I fell off the deep end I try to keep things softcore. And been pretty successful at that at least. I’ve even ease off to just those hot Instagram models no nudity.

Now here my thing I used porn to the point where it pretty much killed my EQ. But now I’m using I guess erotica to fantasize. Making sure to not ejaculated and only edge. And EQ is going great actually I think it’s the best its been in a long time.

Just something I’m thinking about and felt i should write this down. Messing around with porn is like playing with fire. And if your not being careful sooner than later your gonna get burned.

Extending away mixing in manual stretches and jelqing in the morning.

I did a mess around girth measurement after my shower routine. It’s just over 5 inches girth at my curcumcission scar. I say that’s good especially im normally under 5 girth. I got a good feeling I’m going to cement this thickness. Hoping for the best.

I start back on my old shift on Monday wondering how that’s going to effect my routine. Thinking that it’s going to be positive because I’ll have a little bit more privacy.

Will see how it goes.

Back on my old shift and trying to get 5 hours in there extender. Over all my EQ has not been to great. But Im one of those guys that takes a big EQ hit when I’m drinking. And I drank alot this past few days.

Can’t wait till the mid month when I do my measurements for my stats. I’m hoping for a gain anywhere.

Got the new extender in the mail that cheeba uses. There are no instructions for this thing but I think I can figure it out. Update tomorrow how my first session goes.

Off the bat the sleeve ripped now I only have 2 sleeves left. Going to wait to try until I figure out what I did wrong

Got the vacuum extender figure out and I gotta tell ya this is the way to go. My tension level right now is low. But I think I can keep this thing on and only take off for piss breaks.

The original base I couldn’t stand because when I tried to switch directions. The base would want to pop off. So I unscrewed the rods and swap the base with my extra cheap Jes type extender. It now works like I like. Where I can swivel my penis in different directions.

Now the main issue is I only have two of those silicone sleeves left. Probably going to order more soon. I’m still scared of blisters but if I don’t get any I’m going to start amping up the tension.

I’m quickly figuring out the learning curve for this extender. And hoping this is the answer to better session with less aches and soreness

Just wanted to document how I wrap when I use the Velcro strap with the Jes type extender.

I take a piece of cloth about 1.5 inches wide. And start my wrap on my curcumcission scar. Work my way up about 3 revolutions to just before where my glans/head start. Then I do a very tight spiral down. The key here is the layering down it looks like a hang man knot. I think I’m using a little over a foot of cloth wrap.

If it done right there will be a spiral going down to around your curcumcission scar. The last line of the spiral is where you line up the Velcro strap. Then strap in and start adding tension. The strap will try and move forward but will catch the spiral. And if you spiral down correctly the layers won’t ride over each other. When I do the wrap right I get almost no slippage and never will it pop off.

Still there all the other draw backs of using this type of extender. But with this setup at least you can worry less about slippage

Edit this part in your glans/head also will keep the spiral from coming off. Most of the time my head would look like a mushroom when strap in. I come to realize this is a sign that I strap in. Correctly and there will be no slippage issues

Was loving my new extender until the 2nd sleeve ripped. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but the material is very fragile

Man Time fly’s by I never stopped extending from my last post and I did do my monthly measuring. I’m one of those guys who measures often. And do a monthly written measurement on the 15th of each month.

Well I gotten the hang of my extender the original one. And have put so good time in this last month. I have gotten very good at the spiral type wrap I do. With the mod Velcro strap I get no slippage and I can amp up the tension. For us extender user we all know the the limits that we can take. I been trying to push this past week the tension and I feel I broke a plateau.

My non official measurements got me easily past 7.5 bpel. And that was one of my goals with the extender. Next weekend I go on vacation for Thanksgiving so I’m going to take a break then. I’m hoping this Thursday I’ll do official measurements and update my stats.

I do a measurement with the extender on and steadily I gain there. I would guess my gain rate is 1/16 a inch a month. Probably more because I’m longer than that rate. But mostly I’m getting at least that. Not much but I’ve gone so many years with no gains at all so I’m happy.

I’M going to try to keep active with my log and continually update it.

Yesterday I felt it was time add length to the extender bars. So far it’s been a good transition in that I was expecting the added strains from moving up. Hoping to ride the next few days with little extra extension from screws. Just wanting to break in the new bars.
Well I hit my goal im past 7.5 bpel and past 6.5 nbpel. This weekend I’ll do my official measurements. Another thing I’m measuring is my flaccid and girth. Last few days my nbpfl has been over 5 and girth at 5 and 1/4th. Of course these are post work out numbers but since I haven’t token any time off. My flaccid kind of stays around there.
Talking about flaccid it feels like for ever ago but it was only last year when I was in some low points. Back then I would wake up with no morning wood and my flaccid was actually shrinking. For us guys with ED and low EQ that’s a place that’s only gets worse and worse. For those reasons I’m never gonna stop doing PE.

I do love to measure and I am excited to actually see gradual gains. Extending mixed in with manuals I feel is the way to go. There just so much discomfort when wearing one. And the insane amount of time that needs to be invested. But the gains are coming and the ruler don’t lie. I’ll check back in soon on how I’m handling the added bars.

Updated my stats I’m a solid 7.5 bpel now and nbpel I’m over 6.5 but it’s all over the place so I’m going to stick with that. Flaccid is over 5 nbpfl but I’m going to use 5 because I’m only getting over 5 coming out of the extender.

Here the stat that I like with the extender on and maxed out I gain 1/16 from last month. So I’m 7 and 11/16ths with the extender on. I’m hoping that next Month I’ll hit 7 and 3/4th.

So goals for my next measurement are

Extender length 7 3/4th

Nbpfl 5 9/16th coming out of the extender

The rest I’m hoping to cement those gains
