Starting PE After Loosing Motivation
I’m relatively new to PE and would like some advice on how to stay motivated and also some tips. My measurements are about 4” flaccid, and 5.75” hard, my routine is basically the newbie routine with 5 minutes of warming up with a hot washcloth, 5 minutes stretching, and 10 minutes of wet jelq, and after 10 minutes of dry jelqing with kegels afterward. Whenever I complete this routine I feel a little sore, but never any pain, how would I know if I’m doing these things 100% correct for max gains?
