Starting very small but have big goals
Hey, I just found this forums and decided I should stretch my penis.
As of 2nd September 2014 my measures are:
FL: 4.9 inches (12.5cm)
FG: 3.9 inches (10.0cm)
BPFS: to be measured
EL: 5.9 inches (15.0cm)
EG: 4.9 inches (12.5cm)
BPES: to be measured
As you can see, my penis is really small (at least in my opinion). My dream come true would be get an increase of two inches in EL and whatever other increase in others measures I get I’ll appreciate.
I do the following work out daily (or the more times per week I can):
- Warm up;
-Stretching (flaccid):
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x3
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x3
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks x3;
- Jelqing (80% erect):
For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs
After 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs;
- Warm down;
- The most Kegel squeezes I can handle. (I also do this later during the day when bored);
-Testicle massage;
After I work out as soon as I wake up, I just wear my cock ring all day long and then sleep with it.
