Today is my rest day from fitness and PE. In the past I always thought the more you train the more progress, but the recovery days are really important. So if you really have the urge to train, listen to your body.

I was just thinking about this, would not sleep be enough? is it really neccesary to take whole days off from PE?

How did it go on your journey do you keep seeing gains? To me I just take a whole day off because I also do a lot of fitness and it helps there for sure.

I am doing mostly extending and some people say resting days might not be needed, I dont know. Bad EQ or pain would make me rest otherwise not. I am way too excited for resting days if it is not neccesary.

No new gains as far as I know for the last 100 hours but I have not measured fully erect with superb EQ for a while. Passing 800 hours today and hopefully I can see some new gains when I reach 1000 hours.

I have been struggling with comfortable padding/wrapping, I easily just slip a bit so that the noose is over the head and not behind it. Just now I managed to wrap very comfortable so that I can stretch very nicely with the noose still staying behind the head and this way I feel the stretch much more, I guess I have quite a few hours of non optimal stretching but we all learn as we go.

That sounds like a lot bro. Respect! That is way more than I probably ever have reached. I would try to take a rest if you won’t have gained reaching the 1000 hours. Do you time your routines?

Absolutely, I have it all written down in excel and I average 10 hours daily on the extender. Even if I have not gained more at 1000 hours I hope that I will still have the willpower to continue.

I am quite confident that I will have some more gains by then as long as I have good EQ and as long as I stretch well and dont “waste” time with a bad stretch or fit. Today has worked well with a new cloth for wrapping and going back to my cheap slider version instead of the spring based andropenis.

Edit: ooh yeah rest in regards to try if that is what is needed for further gains, I get it and yeah perhaps a wise idea. However I would likely jelq daily then instead since I am so in to this now. I tend to hyperfocus on what I get in to lol.

Today was a calm day.

Lately I have been focusing more on stretching.

My routine today:

With every bathroom break the fulcrum stretch + inverted V stretch. I am not timing or anything.

100 Jelqs.

It has been really cold lately, but relaxing under a blanket keeps everything hanging low.

A new day always means change for a new beginning.

Today I will do 400 jelq, tunica stretches with every bathroom break. And some squeezes for the day.

My focus is always to keep it minimal and efficient, the same with lifting weights. Eventually you’ll achieve a plateau of an amount of reps where it doesn’t help the body to grow.

I am still doing PE almost every day. Sorry for not updating a lot as I want to.

At the moment I’m doing the more back to basic routine.

I’ll just to 20 a 30 slow jelqs after every bathroom break. I drink a lot of water so the total number should always be high.

After that I always do a downwards stretch for around 30 seconds and a fulcrum stretch of 30 seconds.

I always have the feeling that the jelqs make the most difference in the long term and also the summer helps too. My cock looks good in the mirror hanging low, but of course I always want it bigger. The journey itself is always fun.
