Staying consistent.

I will be using this thread as a way to stay consistent in PE. I probably started around 2013, but a lot has happened in my private life in those years and that made me stop doing PE consistently. I did stretch sometimes whenever I went to the bathroom.
This forum is an amazing place for knowledge and very nice people so thank you for that!

My starting stats:
BPEL probably around 16.4 cm (6.45 inches)
EG around: 12.5 cm (4.92 inches)
This is also something I need to improve in, writing everything down.
I did the Newbie routine and eventually added clamping in the past. 3x 10 minutes.

My current stats:
BPEL: 7 inches
EG: 5.5 inches

Goals:
BPEL: 8 inches
EG: 6.5 inches
More is always a nice bonus.

Healthwise:
Started lifting weights a year ago, because of the pandemic. This helped me tremendously, still doing it as I don’t want to break the routine and that is what I want to achieve with PE too.
Food: No junkfood. Only vegetables, fruit, meat, diary, chicken, fish and fresh wholewheat bread etc.
Drinks: I drink a lot of water. And the other things are green/ginger tea and espresso’s, cappuccino. Never drank alcohol or smoked. (bad experiences past.)
Supplements: Cod liver oil, Ashwagandha & Maca.
I have a fat pad of 1 inches, my goal is to decrease that number and translate that in a better look down there.

Daily routine:
Around 400 Jelqs
Fulcrum stretch with my hand or wrist (this one helped me the most) I do this every time when I go to the bathroom, I have to pee a lot and I use that time to my advance.
Inverted V stretch, same as above.
Uli3#’s while I take a shower, I don’t count them.

I’ll probably go back to clamping when it feels right. Or pumping.

Today is my recovery day of fitness, but the PE keeps going.

Just took a shower and there I did 100 jelqs and a fulcrum stretch of 3 minutes. Some rest and then an inverted V stretch for 3 minutes, I always like the look of my penis after it. These little things do help for my kinda body dysmorphia. For others who feel the same or even worse, affirmations and of course the wonderful Calcsd do help a lot to look at from time to time. And also thank you Titleist for always supporting me.

I will do the rest in the remaining part of the day, I like to spread my routine out. Slow but steady.

Keep eating clean and give your body rest from the gym and PE as needed.

A lot happened yesterday, but I’ll still post what I did yesterday.
- 200 Jelqs (50% of what I normal do)
- 10 Uzi#3 under the hot shower. Felt amazing this time.
- Fulcrum stretches during every bathroom break.
- Same goes for the inverted V stretch.
Heat helps. In the past I did simple stretch, but the stretches where it focuses the tunica really is an amazing feeling. It always hangs lower after the stretches.
It’s morning here, but where ever you have a good morning/afternoon/evening/night.

Same routine as always.

I’ll be sharing some positive indicators today.

- It hangs lower than before.

- I see stretch marks on my penis when I stretch and I can stretch it way farther than before. (I’m cut btw) I never pull hard, I just hold firmly, it isn’t a pulling contest.

- The morning and night woods were always really hard, but now they are also fuller.

I also never masturbate to the point of no return, edging yes, I can’t even remember the last time I came, also because of the pandemic. The only thing when you decide to do that is that you will be extremely horny every day. At least I experience that strongly.

I will probably measure in a month or so, I just focus on the journey. Hope it will be a long one, pun intended.

Today just a recovery day for me. Relaxing under my electric blanket, I only do some fulcrum stretches on my bathroom brakes.

That’s smart we all need rest.

It sure is. Slow and steady and the recovery ignite some growth.

Today it was mostly edging. Had to do a lot at home.

During bathroom breaks fulcrum stretches and 10 jelqs when I’m done stretching.

It helps to say to myself that I will reach my goal eventually. I just have to work hard and consistently. I always have to remember myself that my cock is not small by any means, it’s just the angle from above always makes me doubt.

5 slow Uli’s.

Noticable difference even after HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), with jumping rope my penis stays hanging low.
