first- this is a great forum, and i’m very glad that i found it.

my question is does staying hard for extended periods help PE

I’m pretty new myself, but I have read some posts on the benefits of long term erections. There is a post that explains the technique of maintaining an erection and stroking to near climax several times. I don’t fully understand the theory behind this but it is explained in detail.

Staying in an extended state after hanging is believed to help achieve gains since you heal in a longer state. I used the search feature that westla mentioned and found the following threads (I searched for "ADS" which stands for All Day Stretch).
