Thanks for the reply Andy, I think it may have been the way the cup was gripping the head. To be honest I think its for the best that I simply go back to the Velcro strap. Might not have been to comfortable but at least I know what normal feels like with it.

Not been active on the forum much, not too much to report. I know its not a very exciting thread being a purely extender only method now.

I’ve kept the extender habit up. Managing 2 hours a day minimum. I’ve missed only 1 day this month, which was yesterday as I came home from work and laid down only to fall asleep and wake up at 5am. I had a nightmare about 10 days ago, I tried to put on the extender with the velcro scrap and it kept slipping off, kept being uncomfortable. It took about an hour to fix it in place. It annoyed me so much I switched back to the cup and vac method. I am now using the cup and vac but giving myself a 5 minute rest every hour. This seems to be working and not making me numb. No pain or uncomfortable feelings around the head. Tension wise, I am now stretching with a tension closer to the second bar. This is now causing a new issue, I am feeling pain at the base after about an hour. Going to experiment with a sock around the base and see if It helps.

Next official measurement is the 1st of August which will be exactly 2 months of extending. I had a sneaky measure a few days ago and was happy with what I saw, I think what I am doing is working well. Felt motivated to keep the habit up!

Keep it up. I used the noose type and vacuum bell type. I gained and kept about 1” BPEL over 4 months of consistent use 10 years ago. Unfortunately, the vacuum bell type gave me a glans blister and the noose style was intolerable after 2 hours of total use.

I’m trying the RestoreX this go around, but it is slightly different by pressing the glans between plates and never having to guess when to add more bars. It’s huge and I lose circulation after 30 minutes, but I’ve managed to be painless even after a 2 hour session.

Sometimes you get it, sometimes you don’t. I have no idea why.

Type "base burn" into the search box and it will turn up a lot of discussion about the problem. A sock is a common method of reducing pressure on the pelvic bone. Some guys felt a non-drying lubricant helped.

You might try cutting a piece of firm foam or soft rubber into a ring you can slide down your shaft, that the base of the extender can sit on. A serrated steak knife - the finer the serrations the better - does a decent job. It needs to be sharp; buy a new one from the dollar store or Wal-Mart. You can get foam from some craft stores, eBay, or the ‘zon. You want something fairly firm, but you might have to buy a couple of different pieces to find what works best. "Closed cell" foam won’t get soggy with sweat, but most foam is "open cell", which would still work just fine, except you’d want to wash it every now and then.

2 months of extending done.

Got some results after a few days of measuring and getting an average.

BPEL now 17.9cm
NBPEL still around 16.5cm
MSEG still around 14cm.

Biggest change is in the BPEL which before was 17.5cm so a 4mm gain.
Slightly disappointed the NBPEL didn’t change at all.
Not really expecting a change in MSEG from using an extender.

120 hours over 2 months of extending.

Main points from month 2. A break ever hour really helped with switching to a vac and cup extender. I would actually take it off and let the unit just air for a bit and then put it back on 5 minutes later. The biggest issue has been the random loss of suction you get and trying to get the device to keep a good vacuum. I’m really having a big issue with time as well. I’ve not been able to go longer than 2 hours in quite a while now. I was going through a phase were I’d wake up early but that went out the window. I might start using the vac and cup in an ADS setup for the morning to try and get more stretching in.

I’ve noticed in the last few weeks my EQ isn’t quite as good as it usually is. I’m working hard and tired plus a new parent so I’m putting it down to that but I’m keeping an eye on it. I did consider getting a bathmate or something similar as I hear there are good increases in erection strength but we will see. This new BPEL is actually pretty much the target I had. I’m pretty happy I got there but not sure why the NBPEL measurement didn’t really get a boost. I’m hoping it gets an increase over the next month. I’ve been pretty consistent. In two months I’ve had 4 days where I didn’t use the extender. I’m thinking about girth now and how I could slightly increase this and pumping could kill two birds with one stone - by gaining girth and EQ at the same time.

If your BPEL increased but your NBPEL remained the same surely that means the thickness of your fat pad has increased or the place you measured was different

Yeah makes sense, measured my waist this morning and its increased by 1cm. Made gains in the wrong area lol.

Still vac stretching everyday. Had some days off due to going on holiday.

Got a major issue that is going to effect my PE journey. Due to life and its issues, I have a relative that is going to move into my house for a few months. This means I can no longer just wonder around the house with the extender on. I usually just put it on and get on with life. I’m not in stealth mode, my partner is fine with what I’m doing but I can’t possibly do this with someone else in the house the same way. I’ve been trying hard to get three hours a day in the last week, I can feel progress is happening as the device is becoming easier and easier to get on and at first it was a real struggle. I also have to turn the screws way more now to get to the second line on the tension bars. Base burn issues have all but vanished. The issue was the upwards direction I had the extender in, now its downwards and I get a break every hour there is no issue.

My cheapo vac extender also came with a velcro strap to put around my waist to use as an all day stretching kinda setup. I think this is how I’m going to have to go from now on. Really not sure how effective it is vs the extender and vac cup setup but its better than nothing. I don’t want to sit in my room for 3 hours lol.

I talked about getting a pump last post. I know everyone hates bathmate but I got one. I looked on amazon at all the gauge types and they all had reviews saying they broke after a few uses. I like the idea of the bathmate and feel it will work for me, I can put it into a routine for the morning or evening when I have a shower, I just need to research how much to use the device. I see the instructions say 3 x 5 minutes, is this everyday? Is this this once a week? Is this a few times a week? Ill have to look at what some of you guys are doing. I’ve mainly bought this to help with erection quality. So will update on how that is going. Any girth gains are a bonus. Next official measure is the 1st of September! This would be 3 months of extending. I’m pretty happy I have been able to keep up the habit. I’ve reached the size I was when I was much younger - it just took discipline.

I’ve just seen the routine on the official website. Will attempt to follow it! Will be very gentle and not over pump. Small tension over the ordinary for a period of months is in my opinion the best route for all PE.

I found that to be more convenient than around-the-neck or down-the-leg.

Some of the around-the-waist extenders try to depend on friction to keep the belt from twisting around the body. The better ones use a base ring that slips over your shaft, with the end of the belt connected to it.

Just get some baggy joggers to wear for a few hours a day, no one will ever know.

A few days ago was measuring day. Leading up to it, it had been really hard using the extender or all day stretcher. I had also noticed my EQ was really bad. I made the decision to actually have a week or two off extending. It was a combination of weak EQ and more visitors staying around my house with their kids which made any PE impossible. I ended up taking 10 days off. I have to say that the difference in my EQ was huge after 10 days. I was much harder when needed and my morning wood was great. I actually had not had any morning wood for about 2-3 weeks whilst extending everyday.

Been using the bathmate as the site says. Not over doing it or going nuts. Partner is now very pro bathmate all of a sudden, quite interested to know if I’ve pumped lol. Not sure if it has had any effect yet on EQ as I stopped using it during my 10 day break.

Current stats are
BPEL = 18.3cm
NBPEL= 16.7cm
MSEG = unchanged as 13cm or just over 5inch.

The real mystery for me is the NBPEL measurement. I think what is happening, is that the fat pad is now being pulled forward when I have an erection. I look visibly bigger but the measurement hasn’t really changed. I don’t know if its worth keeping an eye on it anymore. BPEL wise I’m doing great, the growth has been pretty linear with a 3 or 4mm gain every month. We shall see how well excel can see into the future next month!

Ok!

Its been another month. Sadly its been the worst month in terms of regular use of the extender. I wrote in my previous post that my situation had changed, and indeed it made PE much more difficult. I ended up not using the extender so much, taking more time away due to work and going away, I also got a small blistering injury from using the cup and vac as an all day extender so had to take some time off there too. I tried my best and did what I could.

Final measurements for now are

BPEL 18.5cm
MSEG 13.2cm

You’ll notice no NBPEL. This is because depending on how I measure depends on what measurement I get. I’ve also talked about the fat pad being pulled forward with an erection and how this effects the measurement.
Ill admit in this last month I’ve also lacked motivation to carry on. I’ve got past 7 inches BPEL which is something I’m very happy with. Not feeling the need to go any further with length at the moment and so will be taking a break for a month or two to see how I feel and how time away effects the gains. I was 17.1 cm when I started this 4 months ago and now I’m at 18.5 which is a 1.4cm gain, or just over half an inch. I’m pretty happy with that and its very in line with the majority of studies in which you see extenders used. Its important to note that on average I only used the extender for about 2 hours a day every day, not 4-6 like in some studies. I’m going to continue to use the bathmate a couple of times a week. I can report back that I am seeing a positive improvement in EQ which I am happy with. My partner is also very interested in knowing when I have pumped :-) so I guess there is some increase in size for some time. After.

So there is my short 4 month journey. Extending works well, just need to be consistent! You can get the gains if you keep at it guys!
