Decided to take a full rest day. I also took quick measurements just cuz and didn’t see any gains. I think I will be changing up my routine. I’ll probably switch to hanging and drop pumping for right now. Going to think more about it tomorrow.

I decided to take measurements one day early. I wasn’t expecting much as I took almost an entire week off. I also didn’t wear my PF much either. Still had a small BPFSL gain which is good.

Cuda's Hanging with FIRe Begins!

So, I’ve decided to start hanging again. I did in the past but tbh, its just not my favorite method of PE. However, I really believe in it and know it leads to gains so here I am, going back to hanging. I will be using a Totalman Infrared Heating Pad coupled with an LG Hanger. I plan to have the core of my routine consist of Tension Stretches and for right now, an hour of hanging. I’ll be starting with lower weights and I’ll work my way up slowly. I’ll also be measuring Pre and Post BPFSL. I would like to use my PF throughout the day but I honestly don’t know if my glans will be able to withstand that much time in a vacuum. I remember having them dry out really bad in the past when I tried to use LG Hanger + PF.

I thought I was going to have enough time in the morning to complete my routine, however I didn’t finish. So today’s routine was split into 2 parts. I forgot to measure my Pre BPFSL. I will remember to do it tomorrow though.

Today’s routine was really interesting to try out. I ended up not doing any tension stretches. However, I may end up either doing them on the side or adding a second evening session where I either do Tension Stretches or hang for another hour. I am enjoying trying something different. I forgot to add more weight for the last 15 minutes. I was a bit distracted watching Netflix. Oops.

I had time to do an extra set today. I’m really enjoying the simplicity of this routine. I hope it yields some really good results :) Guess we’ll see. I’ll be doing BPEL/BPFL measurements every two weeks as usual. Except, I am moving measurements to Thursdays due to irl scheduling. Next measurement date will be 3/31.

Well, same results the past 3 sessions as far as BPFSL measurements go. I don’t think I’m going to do a double hanging session in 1 day again. I also did edge and ended up cumming yesterday and I feel that, that has negative consequences for PE sometimes. Not really concerned though. Flaccid seems to look bigger even in the mornings before my PE session. I hope its not just in my head though. We’ll see when I measure FL, BPEL next week.

Have you thought about measuring in metric (centimeters) instead for more accuracy?

Also you may want to think about adding more time under heat and possibly adding the heat earlier too.

Ehhh…….I could start using cms. I suppose with such frequent measuring, I might as well swap to cm. When I measure every two weeks, I will be using inches though.

As far as heat goes, I was just following 5.5 Squared’s guidance. See below:

Get a FIR infrared pad. I use the Thermedic brand. I like that the control is on the cord, not the pad itself.

The protocol I’d recommend is from cycle 2. Start with 12-18 oz and go from there. Add weight every 2-3 weeks. This isn’t about hanging 40lbs from your penis. It’s about hanging just enough weight to take advantage of the vicious uncoupling under heat.

Follow the instructions, measure your girth and determine your weight range for .1 MPa and .17MPa. That is the target range that you eventually want to be in for heat. Work your way up to that weight range slowly. Increase your time under tension as desired.

I sometimes start hanging right after a hot shower. But not very often.

I will start adding rest days going forward. I had previously been taking rest days as I felt needed but after realizing that the original Hanging with FIRe guide includes 2 rest days, I have decided to follow suit. There was also a suggestion of adding a third day off. I may start the following pattern: 2 Days on, 1 Day off, 2 Days on, 2 Days off. I kind of don’t like the idea only because I honestly love doing PE. Butttttttt I think this may prove to show better results going forward. So we’ll see :) .
